Great experience from start to finish! Love the popcorn the bring out, the stoplight appetizer is yummy, the tacos are some of the best I've ever had, and the refried black beans make my mouth water! The rotating flavors on the marg flights are a cherry on top of a perfect meal!

Another Friday night taco excursion led us to Rev Mex. Easy to find location and more than adequate parking made getting in a breeze. The restaurant had a fun upbeat atmosphere and looks like if we had come a little later it would have been a hopping place. The chips and queso were well above average and worth a try. The salsa was good too however it was served warm (and I'm not a fan of heated up salsa with my chips) but my wife enjoyed it. Moving on to the main event, we went all in trying the Carnitas, Al Pastor, Birria and Sweet potato/black bean. They were all good but for me the carnitas won the gold medal followed by the birria in a close second. On another note, they have this crazy popcorn flavored with sugar and tajin type spices, Muy Bien! Well worth the visit and though the menu didn't specify gluten free, they were accommodating. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

Great place! We were immediately greeted when walking in, and everyone had very positive attitudes. The waitress was also very upbeat and explained to us the menu since I have never been here before. I ordered the breakfast burrito with steak, and it was very filling. Their complimentary popcorn appetizer was a peculiar thing I've never seen before, but it was tasty! I'd come back!

It was out first time to visit REV and I would definitely recommend. It wasn't really crowded when we went so we had no problem with great seating and service. Staff was very patient as we took a moment to look over the menu. We ordered a delicious flight of margaritas while we waited for our food. The wait was not long at all and the food was scrumptious. We settled our bill, but then decided we wanted one more of the margaritas to share! I hope to get back to OKC soon and visit REV Mex again!

Our waitress, Melody, was SO friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed her service and amazing attitude. My friend and I were exchanging presents and intended to be there for an hour or so. However, with Melody around, we hung out for 3 hours! Can't wait to be back for some more of her delicious cocktails and wonderful customer service.

We visited mid afternoon so it was pretty quiet inside. There were a couple of waitresses standing at the bar talking to the bartender, after about a 10 minute wait the waitress came to our table and didn't seem too eager to be serving and take our order. We ordered and the food was ok, a different waitress brought our food out and we had to request our water glasses and drinks to be refilled. considering how quiet they were and had a few staff members hanging around the bar area (close to where we sat near the window) it was disappointing service.

The food is great, but the service is terrible. Twice I have ordered via Door Dash & both times, after I waiting an hour for delivery, the orders are cancelled. No communication. No explanation. Get off of Door Dash! Given how many great businesses are struggling, it's pretty distasteful to experience a complete disregard for customer's time & money.

We had the best service and the food was great tonight! Our order was incorrect and the wait staff quickly realized and fixed it without us asking. Great dinner! Great food! Amazing service!

Trying their new fall, inspired margarita flight! They were all very delicious! The bartenders were super friendly and described each one for us. They will have this for a few more months! Great spot for drinks!

New owners, different experience. Rev was once my 'go to spot' - visiting two or three times a week with friends. Now under new ownership, I've tried three times and don't foresee a fourth in my future. The service is nowhere to be found. Upon entering on each visit, I walk into one or two employees standing coldly at the host-stand. No acknowledgment of my arrival, no 'welcome', no hospitality until I engage the employee(s) and at which point they make it clear I am an inconvenience. The atmosphere has changed. Obscure pop-punk plays over the radio at a decibel that requires you to yell at your guests for attention. What happened to the old station used under previous ownership- that music was a FUN mix of top 40 hits that energized the experience. Ordering anything is nearly impossible. Staff hide in the back or scurry from on side of the building to another without checking on their guests. It's almost as if they've been told to "make themselves look busy" so that they won't get in trouble....or won't have to interact with the guests. The only good thing is, the new owners received all of the recipes in the purchase - so if you're lucky to enough to get service, you might eventually get something tasty. Maybe my fourth trip will be 'to go' so I can serve my friends in a hospitable environment at home. Note to Rev team - this isn't Aurora where people flock to the only great brunch/breakfast in the plaza. Tex Mex is a dime a dozen and it's time to level up.

The food and drinks were good. Love the popcorn they bring out. The one thing that will keep us from going back is the the noise level. I like a lively place but the music was so loud you could not talk to the person next to you. They also set us in a booth directly in front of a glass door where the sun was glaring in our eyes the whole dinner. They have shades on the windows for this so if they had it for the door it would solve the problem.

Delicious tacos. Unique and yummy free popcorn appetizer for the table. Service was good the first time we went but a little slow the second time. The good food and margarita made up for it though.

I have been coming here since it first opened many years ago. It recently changed ownership so was a bit disappointed in the drink offerings, ranch water is now only from a can as an example. They were also out of one of the few cocktails on the menu that my friend ordered and it was Friday...long weekend if already out. We had a reservation for 12 apparently at the same time as another large group and the same server was given both tables. He struggled the entire time, other staff hopped in to help. It made our meal honestly take probably double the amount of time it should have. Two of the orders were put in incorrectly. Just felt like there is some work to do on the details as they get their legs under them. Aside from the two large reservations the restaurant was not busy and seemed to be adequately staffed. Still giving 4 stars bc the food is still good and I do think they will get it figured out. Hopefully the drink menu will not keep moving toward premade/canned drinks.

I've enjoyed RevMex even when it was under different ownership. Lately, however: the past few times i've sat at the bar I get NO service. This time, I had ordered food to go. My dog had just died and i didn't feel like getting made up. I saw that the bar was practically empty except for 1 gentleman who the female bartender was talking to. I sat at the bar as she was speaking and was completely ignored. After waiting for the bartender(s) (who were preferably looking at their phones) for about 10 minutes, i asked for help. I should have just gone home. I ordered the jalepeno margarita. The female bartender made my drink. I've ordered this drink plenty of times in the past. This time, it was as if they had pickled the pepper. I couldn't stop crying or coughing for 15 min. Again, I was ignored. I'll never sit at the bar or order a drink again. And the food used to be good but is now just ok. Save your money and go somewhere where the people are actually kind.
