It is a good-looking spot inside and out. The staff is friendly and the beers are good. It's a great place to grab a friend and hang out.

We had a joint 40th birthday party and rented out the entire space. I cannot say enough great things about our experience in planning our event as well as having it there. Everyone we worked with was great. From the owner, to the cook, to the managers, to the bartenders. They were easy to work with and so accommodating. The night was perfect! We will be repeat customers for sure!

Don't come here Wednesday nights. Someone is doing a "bingo" game with songs and it's not just too loud to have a conversation, it's too loud to be hearing-safe at the tables within 20 feet of her. And she changes the songs every 20 seconds, so right as you start to enjoy the song there's an awkward 3-second silence when she switches songs and you shout at the person across from you unnecessarily. Beer was good, with a wide selection of styles.

This is a great place to meet up with friends as they have some lovely drink options and a lot of seating. The service has always been great and knowledgeable about the various beers the have.

Great spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent burgers and beer options. They also have some games you can play! They have TVs to watch the game as well! Service and ambiance were great!

Big name with a bold brand. The team is like family and the leadership is exactly what you'd hope for.The tasting room is warm and inviting. Everyone is chill. Good lighting, great atmosphere. Fun annual events and real local support. Can't say enough about the culture they've created.Oh, and the beers and ciders are fantastic!

Always full of people. Have them fill a growler or crowler of delicious for you to take home after you have a flight. Tasters are available if you aren't sure about things. ~Update Sept 2023: Well, no more growlers but the crowlers are still in play. New place on the north side is larger than the old joint. Still super friendly, new staff, great offerings of beer and food. KIDS ARE WELCOME. Really wish they would bring back some of the OG brews but they gotta do what is selling, I get it. One of my favorite places in the city for many reasons.

Ahhh ... my _favorite_ brewery in town. I love their ever changing selectionS of NE IPAs; especially double and triples. I took my folks here on 7/28/23 evening (not their first time) and we ate from the grill. The MOBS (Mushroom, onion, bacon & Swiss) burgers and waffle fries were delicious. My beverage of the evening was Boggy Creek ____. A very good DIPA.Everyone (front, back and production) at RT are friendly, kind and want you to have an enjoyable time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place to have a beverage or two. Oh, they usually have 24 beers on tap, plus a couple others (off tap) in cans, seltzers and a couples wines in cans. Their seasonal (Winter) stouts are phenomenal!

Last Saturday was my first and last visit to Roughtail. Our group had a very bad experience with the food service staff. They served us under cooked fish and treated all who picked up their food very rudely. Waited thirty minutes for my burger(every other person in our party had finished eating or given up on the undercooked fish)so I asked for my money back. Since the tab had been closed out one of the bar tenders said he couldn’t do it and attempted to contact the manager. Why would their not be a manager on site on a busy Saturday night? After the bartender went back in the kitchen I finally got my burger. I was given a business card and told to call the manger so he might send me a gift card. I threw away the card when I got home. Why would I go back to such a place, even for free food. Had high hopes for this place,
