The NW 16th location is great! The guy running it is very nice, helpful, and an efficient worker. The flavors were on point and evenly distributed throughout the cone. The atmosphere is great too, the new plaza is definitely much nicer! They have tons of flavors and even some for your dog!

This was my first time here!Seth was a very pleasant person, and i took his suggestion on ordering the root beer w/ cream shaved ice ?; great choice. we also ordered the coconut w/cream and a rainbow w/ cream.great place and definitely recommend this place.

The service is friendly. The snow cone flavor choices are plentiful. I had the chupacabra and added cream and it did not disappoint. The ambiance is outside so it is a fun atmosphere to grab a snow cone and just walk around 16th street. Shops were closed by 8:00 on a Tuesday night so if you want to check out the boutiques go before 7.
I would give them 5 easily because I LOVE this shack but my last 2 encounters have been with the same young kid who hasn’t really been the best they could hire. My first encounter was about 2 weeks ago he made my snocone the wrong flavor and w so little juice it was hard at the bottom when he handed it to me and still white of JUST ICE. I got pink bubblegum and it was orange and I asked him if it was the correct one and he argued with me that that’s just how it looks because they got a new menu. The other kid back there looked at it and could tell it was wrong and said he would remake it for me no problem. As I said I LOVE this shack but this kid isn’t the best. TODAY I go back and he’s there…at 2:15…when I know they’re open by at least noon. I live in Yukon and make a point to drive to this snocone shack, he tells me “we don’t open until about 2:30” he’s there by himself setting out spoons…im pregnant and really not impressed w my last few encounters here.

Drove out of our way to get there, because online said they closed at 9. But when we got there, even though doors were open and lights were on, the man who appeared to be very high said they were closed. So....off to somewhere else I guess we go.
