The female Batista that was there making the drinks made a caramel macchiato taste like a Milky macchiato and was pressed that she had to redo it and then she redid it the same way no coffee at all she acts like she didn't want to be there her customer service Cole heard what was happening and stepped in and asked if I wanted a refund thanks but bad experience their coffee is not coffee the milk it tasted like a hot milk drink so if you like hot milk drinks go ahead and have your shot but if not don't waste your money I am a Starbucks Head from all across the country nasty drinks..

I came to this location 01/13/2024 at around 8:30pm and a female worker helped us, we bought 2 tumblers and then my husband decided to order a coffee we asked about the name of the coffee and she ignored us and just put it in on the machine and then after we placed the order i said thankyou and she just walked off then we get the coffee and get down the road and its just hot water and cream in the cup, we then tried to call and complain and one worker said the manager was busy taking an order then the other worker said he was on vacation. Im not sure what we did wrong and we have never had this problem before we go to this location 4-5 times a week. If you dont like working with the public just quit!

Was in OKC for a couple days and stopped at this location twice. Joe was our cashier both times and was so friendly and gave us a great experience, he even remembered our order the second day! Could not have asked for a better customer experience!Unrelated to the service, but everyone who was working those days was extremely attractive.

I was served the absolutely best Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew in the world. Seriously, it was amazing.Cosey place Tucked in just a block away from a busy intersection. Parking lot has wonky entrances but plenty of parking.Inside is a typical Starbucks layout. The staff have been friendly and smiled. The drive through line stays busy.
