They have the best employees!! My car quit in their drive-thru on 4-11-24. I was 1.5 hours from home and majorly panicking about how to resolve the issue as I blocked traffic. The girl working the window (thin, short black hair, maybe 28 years old) sprung to action to find some help for me. She found her co-worker (guy, maybe 25) who was sitting in his truck on his lunch break and told him of the situation. He gladly offered to jump my car off. Then they gave my daughter her coffee for free since we'd had such stress. The world does have some great people left and two of them work there. Thank you!!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but I was the only customer in this store with 5 employees working, and I simply ordered a black coffee. They took my order and refused to pour my coffee until they fulfilled the mobile orders and drive thru orders first.

Thought that after the remodel they would speed up their service, not really, it takes them 20 minutes to make coffee in the morning.
My coffee tasted like slightly flavored water. Like hot water that had the essence of a cinnamon dolce splashed into it. Zero cares given about how the coffee tasted it seemed like… Worst coffee I’ve had in a really long time and I’ve had campground coffee over a fire multiple times this past year.For $6 I expected way better. This was my last time at Starbucks.

The staff is nice, but I've never had an issue with my drink order at any location other than this. I have to order with milk alternatives because of an allergy, I'll live with the up charge, but I'm positive that I've not been given milk alternatives. It also takes almost 45-60 minutes to get anything every time.

Make no mistake this location is nothing more than an oversized drive through with terrible service. My family of four (3 year old and 5 month baby) thought we were going to a Starbucks after a flight from Seattle to OKC, before a two hour drive. We went inside and the staff completely ignored taking our drink order. Then they refused to let us use the bathroom to change the baby's diaper, apparently it's not a "public" bathroom. We had to empty all the luggage out of the car and change the diaper in the parking lot on a lovely December day! Our experience at this location was far from what made Starbucks a household name.Kid-friendliness: Baby needed a diaper change and the staff would not let us use the bathroom. I didn't realize "no public bathrooms" was a Starbucks thing.
