Stopped in for a sub on the way to my book club when I realized it was my turn to bring snacks. Candis suggested I get the new footlong cookie & pretzel which worked out perfectly! I ordered from the Subway app, the Footlong #2 (the Philly Outlaw) with a little extra meat, extra red onions, cucumbers, jalapeños, and peppercorn ranch, pickles, and black pepper. I live exactly across the street from Subway, when I got into my home, my sandwich was cold, isn’t it supposed to be a hot sandwich? The meat was cold, and it was something about the sandwich that didn’t smell right. I had them cut it in three pieces. I ate one piece and couldn’t stand to eat it anymore. It sandwich was cold, the meat was cold and the chipotle sauce smelled sour, something in the sandwich was sour, maybe the meat, I don’t know. What I do know is I vomitted all over myself, I’ve been sick all day into the night of which I am writing this complaint. Subway gave me food poisoning, I am in the bathroom so many times tonight, I can’t even go to sleep. I will be sending my complaint to the State as well because no one should be eating old and cold meat or sour sauce.

Never order online. They will not make you're sandwich correctly. They also don't answer the phone therefore I had to leave a review instead of speaking directly to them. Both sandwiches made wrong. Not one mistake several. $15 for a sandwich is a lot of money and when it's not made with the ingredients you choose it's really not worth it. There's other sandwich places nearby. It actually takes a lot for me to give a negative review and I don't do it lightly.

The lights are always on but there doesn't seem to be anyone working. I walked in and it was a ghost town. I stayed for 7 minutes and left after I said excuse me a few times for any kind of response. No idea if this location is operational. Maybe the employee was in the bathroom but there was no signage of any kind so I didn't know what was going on. Location looked very clean though.

I ordered late around 9:20- 9:30pm I understand so I apologized and thanked them. But I get home and my order is Very wrong. So I go back and get there 6-7 minutes before close to get a remake or refund. Instead was greeted by a very rude and unprofessional women sitting down in the back on her phone yelling we’re closed. Says closes at 10pm and open sign was on but food was put up early and was told nothing could be done for me while yelling and refusing to help me at all so two young men apologized and tried to help and took my information. Hope to get a refund in the morning but they definitely need a night time manger to get the place turned around. The worst costumer service I’ve ever had and I work in food so I told them I was understanding and apologized but very uncalled for.

One of my favorite places to go when I don't want to cook - not necessarily because of the food (tho - who doesn't love subway)....the two ladies who work in this subway are the very BEST! They have the most genuine, friendly, outgoing personalities of any place in OKC!! Every time we visit! You'll know who I'm talking about when you're there.

Says closes at 10pm, wasn’t until I walked to the door about 9:30pm that the employees seen me snuck and turned the open sign off and came back around and smiled at me.
So if yoy close at 10 why are you closed at 945. Door locked. Also made a face at me and had a very bad attitude. Buyer beware. I wouldn’t come here they might spit in your food.

This Subway has always been our favorite. The staff who we encounter are always helpful and friendly. Today, they lost a customer in this family for life. My 17 year old daughter has Autism and she doesn't always phrase things in the normal way. As soon as she walked in they asked if she was an online order. She said no and the one young woman sucked her teeth. Then she asked if she wanted veggies - to which my daughter said yes. She immediately grabbed bread and asked what kind of veggies and my daughter responded, I want Turkey k. The sandwiches. The young woman yelled - I ASKED YOU WHAT YOU WANTED. Abby tried to explain she wanted Turkey and veggies. The employee started to get angry and mock my child. Abby left the restaurant in tears. She came and got me and I went in and asked what happen. The same employee immediately got belligerent with me and said - We are busy and I asked her what she wanted and she told me veggie. I explained that my daughter had Autism and said I would appreciate it if she was treated with kindness and compassion and she argued with me. I e out a call into the GM but have not heard anything back. This was the most atrocious behavior I have ever experienced at a Subway and we will NEVER go back.

Couldn't eat there, lights are on, neon open sign is on but the door is locked and no one around. I get that they might be closed on account of a winter weather storm, that's not my complaint, my complaint is, why make it look like it's open, when it's not? Don't make any sense
