I'm not returning. They hide the area where they do the meat and cheese. Get home, and you literally get a veggie sub. It's a sandwich shop, but you can't give us meat on our sandwiches??? I'll stick to Jimmy John's

Walked in a bunch of people standing around the register looking lost
I did mobile pick up and they couldn't even follow the directions to toast the sandwich also only had a few peices of chicken on it so I paid for bread

I place my orders through the subway app and my order is always ready within 10-15 mins after placing it. Fast service. Nice & friendly. Clean inside and outside. Food is always great as well.

I was so excited when I found subway had bowls. I am always looking for healthy places to eat. My husband and I both ordered bowls. I had sliced avocado added to mine for $1.99. Picked up our bowls, got home, and mine did not have any avacado. I ate the bowl anyway and it was delicious. Days later I was excited to try a different bowl. Again added the sliced avocados for $1.99 and so did my husband. Picked up the food, got home. Smashed avocado that looked like it was squeezed from a tube was on both. Now the smashed avacado on the menu is 1.99 also but the calorie count is not the same so of course there is added ingredients. Who knows what. I call to complain and the manager says that all subways use the same menu but not all carry the sliced avacado so they used the smashed. I told him you didn’t give it at all last time but charged us. We did not select the smashed. We don’t want the smashed. You could have told us you didn’t have sliced avocados when we picked it up but you didn’t. You did however charge us for this. That is false advertising and ripping people off. I have to be careful for health reasons of what I eat. I don’t know what is in the smashed. I would have ordered it without and that way I would not have been charged for the sliced avocados we never received to the price of $5.97 plus tax now. Plus I have a bowl I will not eat. I asked him to make it right and he said after arguing with me over and over that they do not have the sliced avocado. You need to let corporate know this is happening instead of ripping people off. Fix the menu or at least have the decency to tell people when they pick up their order. Don’t add something they did not select that was on the menu when they placed the order. Then it is their decision and you can refund the money if they choose no smashed avocado they didn’t order. He told me I could drive back and he would refund the money for the avocado. I did not like subway before because I shouldn’t be eating so much bread and I don’t really like bread that much. But after this experience I will not be going back to subway!!! So basically it was paying about $80 for 4 bowls (really salads) they couldn’t get right. Heaven forbid he should have just credited back my card for the avocados.

4 strikes and you’re out. You don’t get what you paid for. Ever since the new owners took over the food sucks. They skimped out on the portions even when you add extra.

Good luck ordering here. Since they took out the touchscreen menu in the drive thru, it’s impossible to order with the staff due to the language barrier. It took me ten minutes this evening to try and order a kids meal off their menu. I just had to drive away and go to another one. The time before this is was also like pulling teeth to order. I had to repeat my order like 15 times and so did the person in front of me. I am normally a very patient person, but if it is this hard for them to take orders, they should have someone else working that can understand the customers. It is very frustrating and I will not be coming here anymore.

A little shocked when buying a veggie sandwich today. Last month my sandwich cost 6.78 and today they charged me 9.48 for just veggies? That's a huge price increase for a sandwich without meat. Won't be back.
