Came here on a Thursday night drove into the parking lot and when I got out of the car and into the store the security guard told me to please roll up my window I told him I prefer not it’s a while process since I drove my car that’s in the process of still getting restored he then said okay I’ll watch it for you I thought it was strange for themEven telling me to roll up my window so that alone didn’t make me feel safe that I would have to worry of someone messing with my vehicle I worked downtown at restaurants before I never told my customers that ended up going to the other side of town to a Taco Bell

Empty in the seating area and in the kitchen, ordered 3 doritos locos tacos and they came with barely any meat OR cheese. Nice scam Taco Hell. Do not come here, would give NEGATIVE FIVE STARS IF I COULD.

Do not add extras at this Taco Bell. I have asked for cheese sauce about 7 times on my chicken enchilada burrito and not received it one single time. When I brought this up to management, I was told the melted cheese( if you look at ingredients comes standard) was the cheese sauce I ordered. Stay away from this Taco Bell.

They are sometimes rude to pedestrians/ lobby goers but the food is good and they are one of the only fast food places to still have a value menu

I placed an online mobile order at 1am. I got to the window and I was told they are only doing Uber eats and DoorDash orders. I told the lady that the app said they were open until 4am. She said “no we are closing at 2”. You don’t just get to make up your own rules. We came into town for a concert and had ZERO other food options to eat. This completely ruined our night. We didn’t get any food after our concert. I will be calling the store manager or corporate to talk about this. If your hours say you are open until 4am, you should be open until then. That is ridiculous to trap someone in a drive thru for 30 minutes to tell them no, we decided we don’t want to do our job anymore. Shame on you guys. Wish I could give a ZERO star review. You are telling me you can’t make my order unless I order through a third party app? Ridiculous. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!
