Didn’t grill my grilled cheese burrito. Normally it comes with foil and grilled cheese. What’s the point of it being called that then? Even worse, I got through 2/3 of my chicken enchilada burrito before I opened it and realized there were only 6 pieces of chicken. The rest was just rice. I love spending 3 dollars on a rice burrito. Lesser note, they put jalapeños on the wrong burrito. I’ve worked fast food, I know changes can be stressful in a dinner rush (I’m being generous here), but the rest of this is unacceptable. Hopefully the Taco Bell on Meridian knows how to make their menu because I’m done going here.

I placed an order for a chicken nacho bel grande with extra chicken and extra cheese, I told the drive thru person twice extra chicken and extra cheese he repeated it I thought they got it down and pulled up, got my food and left. There was almost no chicken on it and the chicken that was on it looked bad, I called to talk to someone about it and she very rudely tells me she made it the way it came up on the screen and did he read my order back to me, and I said “well I told him twice I wanted extra chicken and extra cheese and he repeated it back so I figured he had it and pulled up” she says “well I made it the way it came up on the screen and we have portion sizes and I put the portion size on there” well I’ve worked at Taco Bell and I can tell you this was no where near even ONE portion size and I do have photos to prove it. It was the worst made bel grande I’ve ever gotten, the woman didn’t offer to remake it or refund my money, nothing she was just super rude about it. I ended up hanging up on her she was so rude

Literally just told us the lobby was closed after we went inside. Wouldn’t serve us. However, there is a baby in the lobby in a high chair (employees baby) without anyone sitting there. I assume someone brought it to work, and that’s okay but not actually serving the people that come in to order.This is probably the third time we have had a weird issue at this location that I literally have never seen anywhere else

Im giving them a three for service and atmosphere because the parking lot was clean. I use the drive through and the lady behind the window was nice. But THIS is what i received and am expected to eat??!!!! (Adding a picture) This is embarrassing. I never go to this location because it's not in my normal direction of travel but i will definitely not go out of my way to choose it after this trip.
The kid that took my order in the drive thru was rude and kept rushing me and he didn’t even take my order correctly and at the window he was rude to me and acted like I was a burden coming to his job. He shouldn’t be working in customer service if he’s going to be rude like that. I was extremely nice and I even asked him if he was ok and he didn’t say one word.

Like that you can eat lunch menu early, and extended hoursVegetarian options: Hi y'all. Like potato tacos (Value Menu), bean nachos, nacho fries (spouse gets the steak ones), and love their Chipotle sauce, definitely not to be confused with their other orange sauce Jalapeno.

One of the meals was like a square plate or tray with a lid. It came with rice, chicken, black beans and more... but it was a little cold, and you could tell it was very refrigerated.

Beware, check your food before you leave to make sure it’s made with the ingredients it’s supposed to be made with. I guess it depends on who’s working on what you get and how much I’ve been here countless times trying to get breakfast they’re never open when they’re supposed to be open. Finally come through about 9 o’clock and They are actually open. I get excited thinking I’m going to have a great breakfast right no they can’t make it properly they use the wrong cheese, completely ruined the burritos Then I come back a few days later to try again and then they’re telling me that what I am trying to order is not even on the menu yet I’m reading it directly from the menu this location needs better training at the least pictured is supposed to be the cheesy toasted breakfast burrito and on the menu it says fiesta potato on the app. It says it’s supposed to have nacho cheese. This is not nacho cheese.
