To the manager who I was trying to help get your employees' attention to open the lobby door earlier today: Infantilizing me and speaking to me like some sort of dog saying "Oh, you don't have to bang on my door like that. They'll open it and we'll get you some tacos." wasn't necessary as I was doing absolutely nothing other than trying to help you.

Food is good here but the manager that works here is disrespectful and does not know how to talk to customers do not know his name but he is a old white guy I talked too who I think is a manager basically refused to remake my order when I told him my order from before was not fresh and I showed him my receipt he threw the receipt back in my face and forced me to leave good food here but the man needs to leave!

Came through drive through last night ordered 3 bean burritos,a bean an rice burrito, crispy potato taco,soft taco,an 3 crispy tacos,an a Dr pepper....got 2 bean burritos,4 crispy tacos,an a Dr pepper with no ice...charged for what I ordered....what a rip off,didn't discover until I got miles away at home...just horrible service,won't be good back after being ripped off like this

The worst Taco Bell in OKC. The wait is always long and the food is cold and stale. To top it off they always forget to put at least one thing you ordered in the bag and then act rude as hell if you check the bag before you leave the drive thru. Thought I’d give them another chance tonight but I’ll never be back. Third time is not the charm lol

I placed a mobile order. I got there and was advised that they only have beef and rice and can't make any of my items. I ask how long the wait would be and was told an hour and a half! They told me to cancel my online order and then I was advised it wouldn't refund me for 2 days. This is a horrible Taco Bell and this is the second time they couldn't fulfill an online order.

Ordered food from the mobile app for pickup in their lobby. Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes after the app told me it was ready. All employees avoided eye contact and I found out my food was sitting in the drive through window the entire time. Food was cold by the time I got it.
