This place has the worst record with me personally in making sure the order is complete and accurate before sending it out the drive through. Food is great but if you don’t check your order before you pull away, you get to come back or do without. I do half the work of getting the order correct by ordering it on the app and it is still a 75% failure rate. This time the manager on duty was absolutely horrible at resolving the problem even after going over it in detail with her.

I ordered my food through the Taco Bell app. At 10p this store was closing, turned off all of the lights. Taco bell does not close until 12a. I went to the drive thru, the guy was very rude saying they are closed. I told him I ordered through the app and I need my food or my money back.He told me to drive back to the drive thru at which point he told me to come to the window after I did what he asked. He told me he was the manager but he really was not.Another guy came to the window, at this point I am very upset because first, why are they closing at 10 and why are both of the guys rude switching around like girls. After I became very upset, the one guy states he was going to call the police after I told him he was acting like a girl or a he or a she I didn't even know.I will report this to your corporate offe AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK SINCE I DIDNT GET MY FOOD.

The young lady who took our order and gave us our food at the window was very sweet. The food was what you expect from Taco Bell. But the employees seemed happy. It made for a lovely Taco Bell time.

This location doesn’t always suck, but like 3/10 times the food is inedible or the order is totally wrong. Tonight the rice was so undercooked it was crunchy, order was wrong, and out of items. The workers are nice, but it’s just a waste of money to gamble with your food quality. It’s so yummy when they get it right ?

So apparently the staff at this location thinks that customers are supposed to automatically know what’s in their food and when I told them that’s not what I wanted, they made me pay for the same thing all over again. Then to top it of, the food they gave me was hard, greasy, and only had a teaspoon of meat in it!! I’ve never been treated so badly!

Every time I have gone to this location either dining in or drive through they always mess up the order or are out of things. Most of the time order and ask for something to be left off and they leave it in anyways.

I wanted the opportunity to taste the new breakfast menu. So, I ordered 2 bacon Tacos, 2 sausages Tacos, and 2 hashbrowns. In my opinion, the sausage tasted better than the bacon because I could taste more sausage than bacon. Now the other two, my friend enjoyed the bacon, because all the cheese on the sausage was down at one end. The hashbrowns weren't anything to get out of bed for. I wasn't looking for a grilled Taco. I thought they would be softer steamed Taco shells and not grilled. Also, I was just thinking more along the lines of egg, cheese, onions, peppers, and your choice of either bacon, sausage, steak, or potato. Now I will admit that the choices of fillings are great. Maybe I should have got a burrito or quesadilla.

I got a order that was 35$ I got half my order.Theres always 1 person maybe 2 making food.The manager DeAngelo is horrible he needs to be replaced.If he's new he sure doesn't know how to run a store right.Probably why they can't keep employees it's ran to poorly.
