I went to the drive through, and ordered specific instructions on my food. And once i got home 3 items from my order was wrong.

Went in for lunch and I was the only one inside the restaurant. There was one care at drive through. One female worker was in the area of the register so I thought she was going to take my order. She told me to use the Kiosk and ran back to the kitchen area. Another female came out and I asked for help with order and she did the same thing. I started to use the Kiosk and a guy that I thought was probably a manager saw a couple wanting to order and he helped them out at the register. Looks like staff are just playing games. I will never go there again.

The bean and rice burritos we're hot and properly mixed it wasn't all rice on one side and beans on the other. The lady who took our order was friendly as well as fast. She was working two positions one in drive and as front counter and still got to us quickly. The potato burrito was great it had plenty of sauce in it and the potatoes weren't hard as rocks. Five stars to your daytime staff thanks guys!

The worst food I’ve ever received, I used to work at a Taco Bell and it baffles me the food you guys are serving to people. Asked for two double stacked tacos and I received something that wasn’t even on the menu. I had four items in my order and they told me to move to the front, when nobody was behind me.

Drive thru person was very rude and manager on duty was disrespectful and wouldn't give me her name. She was very rude and said she would call the police on me cause I was asking questions and asking why the lady and her wouldn't take my order. She definitely shouldn't be a manager. I visited that Taco Bell on 2850 NW 23rd and May around 10:15pm...I'm mad I have to leave at LEAST ONE STAR cause they deserve ZERO STARS

The owner needs to come and fire these mfs.After getting my whole order wrong and putting an empty cheese container in my bag the monkey looking woman gave us a problem with our refund.Had to go back and fourth with the whole crew for 15 minutes to get my money backThese coons do the most just go somewhere else y’all.
