Came in on 3-31-24 and tried to place order at counter. I got a hello from a staff member and nobody ever came back to take my order staff was solely focused on drive thru not in house orders. Terrible service!

I made my order last night, was handed my bag and when I got home I discovered had been given the wrong order.I take the wrong order up there.The young women at the window apologized took my order again and asked me to pulled around the drive thru again to wait. Judging by line I knew I was going to have to wait another 10 to 15 to get my order. I asked for a drink while I waited she kindly gave me one. I finally get my corrected order, and the young women apologized again and gave me a nice little stack of free taco coupons.I take my order home.It's the right order kind of.... just made wrong.I go up there again and the drive thru line was ridiculous so I decided to call the store. The Manager(?) picked up the phone and politely listened to my complaint and told me to wait in the parking lot by the front door so he could rush my order out to me. He did just that. Out in less than 5.Took it home and it was right.So over all.. the attitudes of the staff were friendly and they wanted to make things right for me, the attention to detail the first time or second time would have been nice though.

With only 2 people in the building and 1 car in the drive through they would not take my order at the counter. They said I had to use the kiosk. Horrible customer service. I will never go to this one again.

On Saturday 2/3/2024, 7 pm, We went inside and waited 10 minutes at the counter, no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. I had to raised my voice for some help or need to order. The drive through person told me to use the kiosk to ordered, which was ok, had I know. That’s besides the point, after I ordered my food, see picture of my receipt of date and time, we waited 15 minutes for our food. I had to asked what’s going on? This lady said, they will refund my money if I cannot wait. Very rude and pisses off. We are in the store for 25 minutes with no food. Asked for her name, she refused to give me her name. Go to another place, don’t come to this place. Will send a letter to Taco Bell corporate office.
Smells like burnt plastic in the lobby and all the employees are moaning inappropriately!?

Ordered on the mobile app a bean and cheese burrito. The beans were like cottage cheese. The rice was hard I went to go take in you’re more than welcome to look on cameras at 6:45 through 6:48 PM. I stood there and waited and we still not refunded the money I paid for my food so I end up leaving the establishment. horrible service. After working a 12 hour shift I just needed something to put in my stomach and I wasn’t even given the opportunity I stayed and waited and was not serviced for refund. Very disappointing.
