I have always loved the food at Taco Mayo, thankfully the food has not changed. However when I went to get me something to eat, I went through the Drive Thru and was disappointed. While making my order the employee asked if I was paying card or cash, I assumed the question because maybe the credit machine could possibly be down. No, that wasn't it, I said I was paying with a card and was instructed to slide my card into the small credit card machine on the wall. Now let me tell you, it had rained prior to my visit and seeing how far my car was away from the machine, I had to get out of my car and stand in water to pay for my order. I told the employee at the window afterwards that it would be helpful if everyone didn't have to stand in water to pay for their orders. I felt like the company is trying to eliminate a job from the employees like Walmart is with the self checkouts. I am not happy with this new setup and will be debating if I will be returning or not.

$6.82 for a taco burger and a coke(Sm)I hope they know I won't go back.. before this summer's over I hope a lot of these restaurants have shut down because of their exorbitant and outrageous pricing. Boycott. Boycott. Boycott. Stop going 'til they go out of business or LOWER THE PRICES.

The old lady at the drive through is rude. I was ordering for someone else & I asked for the total bc the line was long. She refused to give me the total. Will never come back to this location. Hateful, hateful.

All tables dirty,shorted $10 of change until I showed the second register lady or boss idk ,food sucked for the money we spent to eat there,it would have been expected if they were busy however we were only people eating inside!!
Ordered our food, the kid didn't hear most of the order, asked us to speak up, so, spoke up THREE TIMES and STILL he didn't get the order right. Then another employee, who was female, and I'm guessing she was the manager, got on the intercom and said we were being rude to the "new employee". After being chewed out by the female employee saying she heard everything "YET"didn't hear the order as well, handed it back to the original employee who then asked us again to repeat our order and when we did he didn't hear it yet again. My food wasn't that good the meat tasted weird and got a burrito and the beans tasted like can beans, I use to love taco mayo but I was disappointed this time
