Hey there, I was stuck in traffic in the big rush hour ... left brick town heading west......got busy at work and forgot to eat lunch....well I guess you see where this is heading! TED's of course. I walk in the door head straight to the hostess stand and what do I get? The stink eye from the young child seating customers. I decided to meet his unwelcome gaze and see what would unfold. After an awkward silence he manages a "what do you want?" I said I want to eat, this a restaurant isn't it? Wow blew me away must have been having a bad day...oh well....on to a table, probably would have left but I was hungry. After chips were dropped off finally a friendly greeting from waitress and it was on. Yes great food and excellent service was had. I ordered the relish and some corn tortillas everything was delicious. Had the cheese chili relleno and wow so good. My faith in Ted's was restored!!!

Don't be fooled by complementary cheese sauce, there is much better tex-mex available and everyone will give you cheese sauce and tortillas if you ask.

I can honestly say yhe worst service ?. I came in gor lunch while charging my car. Ordered #9with chicken also quesadilla chicken lunch for my guest. The server went and came back 10 minutes later asked is that#9 with chicken and black beans. I said yes that's what I told you he replied with sorry. I replied its ok things happen its ok. He then comes back with #9 fajita chicken with cheese never asked for that. But oh well I will just eat it and go. It was just grilled chicken with black beans. Did not get black beans got refried beans. My guest doesn't eat beef guess what they brought out beef quesedilla. I asked for manager Jose comes out apologized I told him it's ok. I will pay for the set up. He proceeded to say please give me 10 minutes to fix. I wanted to leave my guest wanted to give it a shot. Then they come out with big bag to go with the orders. I did not ask for that I needed to eat cause we were on lunch breaks. When will I eat that on my way back have a meetings in 30 minutes. This was a good spot before but after today really hard for me to come back and recommend this. Better training the staff to listen and take thier time.

I'm not a fan of this location. They are in the middle of a large area of shops and stores with other restaurants around as well. The wait is always long. The staff isn't the friendliest. The prices are expensive for a normal amount of food. I prefer my smaller mom and pip Mexican restaurant.

We stopped in after a long day at the science museum and we were thrilled when the wait was shorter than expected to be seated and even more elated with the chips, salsa and queso that arrived promptly at our table. They have a very kid friendly menu and drink choices. The grown ups the the crew were thrilled with the food portions except for me. The side of grilled veggies were pretty skimpy which was disappointing since my diet excludes rice and beans. The meal was tasty though and it got the job done for our group of hungry travelers.Kid-friendliness: Many choices to fit even the pickiest of kiddos.
