First time visiting this restaurant and it was amazing! We booked a reservation online and we were seated immediately. Salad bar has alot of selections including soups, fish, and cheese. It was more than I expected it to have. Dinner also came with deep fried plantains, cheese bread, mashed potatoes, and fries. They serve you so much meat I unfortunately didn't have room to try all of them but everything tasted great!

Waitress (Sara) was rude, slow, never smiled, and couldn't get the bill right. What made it worse was seeing/hearing all the other great waiters/waitresses interact with their guests. We were here the first time, and for my sons 18th bday and she made zero effort to make it special. Send her home if she doesn't want to be there.

Can you say wow!!Loved the food,super great service.Can't wait to go back.
Very poor. The waitress was kind, and helpful, which was nice as it is not a normal atmosphere, and whereas I could have enjoyed the decent meat, everything else at their buffet was not even edible. I tried lamb leg for the first time, and won't be having it again. Unless you really hate all other food, like paying inflated prices and eating okay meat, this isn't a place I'd ever reccommend.
We ate lunch here & the salad bar was very good & the steak was very good when it actually came around. It took so long between gauchos that the potatoes were ice cold by the time we got any steak & our waitress acted like she just didn't want to be there for $130 including tip it really wasn't worth it.
