I'm not even a complainer at ALL but tonight's experience was horrible. 1. The server couldn't even remember if he took my order(which he had not) if I had not called him back to the table he wouldn't even have came back to ask. 2. A manager NEVER came to our table to greet or visit until they noticed I was upset. One continued to walk to the bar and eat off the bartenders plate and drink her tea from a cup didn't get her name but she had on a maroon hat. She also visited tables around BUT NOT ONCE came to mines. I continued to see alot of playing around but not a lot of focus on customers. At this point I was upset so I didn't want to even have a conversation. The server just gave up I think because he stop coming to the table I called him over the rest of the night. I'm sad to say but I literally probably won't come back to this one even with it being close to my house. I spent lots of money to get what I received. Thanks but no thanks

Extremely NOISEY!!! They've taken away any seating for waiting! They to AT LEAST give you the option to wait in your car and text you when your table is ready!!!We had a FANTASTIC server!!! Fi8r was good.

I do not like the on-deck waiting. First, you wait outside till they text you to come inside. Then you have to wait until someone ahead of you is called so you can move to the 3rd on-deck position. Then you get up and move to the 2nd on-deck position, then the 1st, until you are finally escorted to a table where it is so noisy you can't have a decent conversation. I LOVE their food, but I'd get it to go if I didn't live 30 minutes away.
