Awesome food, excellent service. Only complaint I have is the price. There was 7 of us and spent around $35 a head (dinner and cheesecake). Got a little expensive.
Absolutely amazing experience! Nathan the bartender gave us some of the best service we have ever had. I’m so happy with our food and drinks and will definitely be coming back to chat with Nathan and have some drinks next time! OUTSTANDING!

They do not include all ingredients in their food descriptions, which makes it difficult for people with food sensitivities to order. our server was rude to us. We were seated before several other tables, but were the last to be given our check. One of our dishes was forgotten and when we pointed it out she told us she was running all over the place and that meant we just had to wait. The food wasn't bad, but not great either. I hope we have a better experience next time.

The first time I'd ever been & was completely disappointed!!! The food is overpriced for literally 3 shrimp, 6 asparagus & 4 pieces of steak.. I had more steak juice than the whole meal! Our host spilled a drink on me, didn't apologize at all, or offer anything to that matter.. ruined my purse & headphones that were in my side pocket of my purse.... the host repeatedly said she was annoyed cause it's never happened to her.. after needing more rags to clean up the spill.. the manager said oh I was going to help,but I've seen yall had it.. ugh, it was awful.. I will never in 100 years come to this place again!

Fettuccine stuck together it's basic pasta for over 20 bucks you could stir it more than half was unedible, cod not rinsed breaded poorly tasted like fish for sure it made me ill I wouldnt give the scraps to a dog. Hoping to at least end up with decent cake since the departments are run separately...Waited forever for everything even though there was an almost empty restaurant.It took 20 minutes to bring a cake...cheesecake overwhipped beyond reason took a cake home that wasnt edible its like a first time cheesecake for a high-school aged child.I have a photo it's so badly separated the crust was slimy IT'S WHAT YOU DO IT'S NOT THE FACTORY OF BROKEN DREAMS.Overcooked overwhipped just garbage.Literally 125 for food that could have been a cafeteria line, honestly though they would have stirred the pasta.Told the waiter politely and he was like oh... nothing was done at all we just kind of left in disgust.It's a specialty restaurant that didn't even present what they claim they make if I where from corporate they would have lost their franchise license.Premium prices not a single thing done correctly the table bread was old cold and tough even.I got a single drink refill the entire time.Oklahoma has good restaurants for much less out of pocket if you charge over 20 bucks for pasta you gotta stir it.

This Cheesecake Factory location is just average. Vibe was buzzing, but the place can be scored as just average. Food was served nice and warm. My server was outstanding. I've never bought a terrible Cheesecake slice. All good!
They WAY underestimate the wait. They told us 45 min wait. After an hour they said 15 more min. After another 20 min they said it would be 15 more min. I only made it to Calculus 1 but something isn't adding up...????. Whatever they tell you at least double it. But thankfully there is plenty of space to wait and not stand where you're in everyone's way... ??

Crowded, and the timing we were given for wait was off by 30 minutes. Our server was awful, took care of other people while we waited for a long time staring at our drinks on the corner kiosk where it was heavy traffic area. He served people drinks that were sat after us while we stared at our drinks on the corner counter kiosk. Then went to his other tables before serving us our drinks. Awful customer service. Spoke to the manager with the short hair at the front seating people about switching servers and she couldn't accommodate after I told her the issue. The service continued to be awful the whole time. We had to ask for items.This was an awful experience for celebrating a birthday and will not be a future option.The manager I complained to never checked on us at any point since complaining to her.

Picked up my dinner curbside. The staff came out to my car to ask me if I'd been helped before my food was even ready (I placed my order online). Very friendly and helpful. My street corn was great.
