Shout out to Sylvia! She went above and beyond for me today! Her customer service was amazing. She answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me as a first time customer. She deserves the world!!
The ham is still very tasty but the quality of the ham is not as good, i.e. too fatty. Not consistently marbled or pink. Because you can't look at the hams beforehand you don't get the best ham. It still saves the hours of baking it yourself. Buying a spiral ham from Sam's next time. They are not as sweet but still very good.
