I placed an online order and the drink I paid for was not included in the order, I went back to the restaurant and explain that I did not get my Drink. The employee gave me a cup for me to receive my drink at the fountain but killed the save with one comment “forgot your drink huh” he implied that I was lying about it. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Sad unfortunately, I liked the food.

Ordered a single patty onion burger with cheese and fries. The burger was really good and seasoned well. Smash patty with crispy edges. For a single patty, the burger was big. The fries are homemade. They are skinny fries and not crispy, but good. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return. Highly recommend.

First, I walk into the place and the cook has to let the employee know that I’m waiting at the front counter, which I get it, I went at a non-busy time, you’re not going to just be standing at the front counter, but at least check every couple minutes. Secondly, one of the chicken sandwiches was wrong so I had to walk back in to have them fix it. Thirdly, whenever I got home to eat, my husband was quick to let me know that it had been cooked in old grease, which explains the wang the chicken had to it. It was so bad that we couldn’t even eat it. $30 down the drain on two chicken sandwiches.
Marcus brings it. Burger meat brings lots of rocks. Sticky floor. Outta strawberry lemonade. If you would rinse out your shake cups, I would buy a shake. That’s unsanitary and outside of ServSafe guidelines.

It was okay. Nothing crazy and nothing worth going out of your way for. The menu was pretty expensive and I personally think Bunny's Onion Burgers is better and cheaper. They write your order on the bag which is silly and I liked and the chalkboard wall is cool. The workers were kind of negligent and I had to wait a few minutes to order because no one was at the register.

Burgers were HUGE. Thought they would be "regular" sized and got a double because I was really hungry. It was almost too much, but the awesome flavor "forced" me to consume the whole thing. The service was snappy and congenial. The place was a bit loud which the only thing detracting from the score.

Burger tasted great so I can see why they get the traffic they do. It was not busy when I visited & my order was still made incorrectly. I ordered a bacon burger with everything except pickle & mustard with a vanilla shake. They tried to give me a strawberry shake which was corrected & they forgot the ketchup on the burger which was easy enough to fix with packets.

I was not impressed by the burger, yet the fries were amazing! The guy that took our order was beyond amazing, until he found out that we had a gift card. His attitude towards us totally changed, negatively. And the music was so loud that it was hard to talk to my husband, that was sitting beside me. I plan on going back to try the chicken sandwich.

The chocolate shake is not chocolate, it is a black and white.. milk vanilla ocecream.and chocolate syrup is not a chocolate shake.Paid way to much for a burger and extra for fries. Paid 42$ for 2 burgers fries and 2 shakes. Will not go again unless you take out a second mortgage.
