I am biased, but only because I've been going here for years. The selection is amazing, the staff is so, so kind and lovely, and it is always spotless and filled with good music.I always order a matcha and sometimes add an apple pie, as their treats are divinely dangerous (for my waistline).Have a variety of alternatives to dairy and traditional sweetener, and the staff are very knowledgeable in helping find things.Parking is easy and convenient. Shop is accessible as well, with parking and a ramp right outside the door.Note that the seating is no longer available for long term use, however, there are plenty of tables and chairs in the art hall right outside the door.Vegetarian options: All treats are vegetarian. Tea is vegetarian generally as well! Not all treats are vegan though.Dietary restrictions: Alternative milks and sweeteners as well as low and no caffeine options.

Imagine being a teahouse and not allowing customers to sit down and enjoy a pot of tea (which is the whole point of a tea house). It's infuriating to not see this mentioned anywhere on the company's website while the building has photos of a sit down bar and a table.Deceitful and a waste of time.

Wonderful selection of teas. Wide range and great flavor. Associates were very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Not like a coffee shop where you can sit and lounge, would’ve loved that. Good price of a Togo cup of tea.

Never had loose leaf tea before. My son bought me a tea maker for Christmas. So I went in here to buy tea and girl made a recommendation of Pitta. Wonderful service and yummy tea.

Don’t spend your money here. Employees are rude. They don’t allow sitting down to drink your tea. Never coming back and will make sure to let everyone know to go somewhere else.

Finally was able to go try this place out. The two young ladies serving were very helpful and informative. I explained it was our first time etc as the manager/owner (not really sure) just looked at us. She didn’t seem to be having a good day. As a previous customer service manager that was the moment you should of been welcoming and inviting. Nope she just looked at us. Good thing the two ladies that were there were awesome! The teas I purchased smell so good. I have only tried one so far but it is yummy!

If you like tea and really enjoy struggling to choose one because 70 of them sound good, this is the place to go! Seriously, the most extensive menu in the best way ? Also, the staff and customers are extremely friendly and social every time I go.

Urban Teahouse is one of those places that grows on you over time. Part of the reason is because I have recently switched from coffee in favor of hot tea. Urban Teahouse couldn't have been a more perfect place for hot tea fanatics like me. Urban Teahouse has a variety of different tea products within a reasonable price. As I started to buy more tea products, I realized that some can be really PRICY. Unfortunately, I am not a tea connoisseur, thus cannot tell the difference between cheap vs expensive tea. Fortunately, this saves me money because I only buy reasonably priced tea. One of the coolest thing about Urban Teahouse is that they supply tea for other shops in Oklahoma City such as Prelude Coffee Roasters. 12 oz can last you for a whole year. The Fanciest Formosa oolong is my favorite, for the best taste brew it with spring water.

Absolutely amazing place! The tea is not your bagged tea. This is organic with a wide selection from around the world, and the taste is beyond description. I love the local art on display and the chill vibes. Best part beyond the hot and cold is that the loose tea can be ordered online.Vegetarian options: Cookies! Need I say more?

I am venturing into the world of tea (instead of constantly consuming coffee at the rate that I do). I placed an online order for in-store pickup with various tools to get me started, along with a small sampling of different teas. They included a sweet note in my order, along with a little sample of something extra on the house. I ordered an iced tea to go while I was there and chatted with the employee about tea while it steeped. She gave me some tips on making Matcha lattes at home. Hopefully, this new habit catches on and if it does, I'll be loyal to Urban Teahouse! Great first experience.
