My second time coming and while the first time we all had excellent food, this time it was hit or miss. Members of our party enjoyed the salmon and the duck, but the salads were drenched in dressing (waay too much /was almost inedible for me) and my filet was tough despite being cooked to just medium and it did not have a good flavor.

This was the first time my wife and I have been to this restaurant and it was amazing. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Highly recommend selecting this restaurant for specially events, or any dinners out.

The food was delicious, and the staff could not have been more helpful. The pace was relaxed, you never felt like they were trying to rush you to turn the table. While everything was excellent, the smoked salmon appetizer was possibly the highlight of the evening.

Excellent service. Menu not very deep but good selections, from duck l'orange to pork loin to shrimp and grits. Food well prepared (sauces on duck l'orange and pork loin delicious while shrimp was very good and grits not quite "Charleston"). Very nice wine selection in all categories! Our second visit and we will definitely return.

Glacial service. Wait staff disappears for 10-20 minutes at a time. Food was okay, but nothing special.

This a "cozy" place to share a quiet, intimate meal with someone special.

One our parties breakfast order arrived 10 minutes after the other four were served. Service was very slow and not well trained. She was pleasant but awkward and needs to shadow a well trained sever for a week or so. Food quality was good and the restaurant facility very pleasant.

My two friends and I dined there last night. All of our meals were wonderful and the service was excellent. We had three different kinds of wine and each was delicious. Cafe Cuvee is consistently delicious and I love going there. I also had a brandy ice which was one of the two best I've ever had.

Although the wait staff was nice, they were not attentive. With diners at only five tables, they not appear busy. I had to ask for a water refill multiple times. I finally received more water after the check came. It became a game to see how many times someone would come towards us with a water pitcher only to turn and walk the other way, or walk right by and completely ignore us. We purchased multiple items, which should have insured a decent tip. We were polite and did not make extra requests. We were told bread fresh out of the oven was on its way, and it never arrived. When the waitress finally had a basket of bread, she stopped at our table only to cover it with the linen cloth and did not offer any. It was almost comical. This was my second visit to the restaurant. My first experience was very pleasant. This time fell flat, and my anniversary celebration was mediocre at best.

We went for lunch and had the meatloaf sandwich special. We did not receive the sauce on the side which made it a little dry, and my bread wasn't toasted like the others. I know they were busy, but overall it was just an OK experience.

This was my first visit to Cafe Cuvée. I enjoyed lunch with friends and was pleased with the food and service. The noise level was not too loud and let us carry on a comfortable conversation. I would recommend giving this a try.

Had the duck l'orange paired with a bottle of ‘19 ‘vigne de l'enfant Jesus' and it was a great showing all around. However, really the service provided by Dennis was the showstopper here. Look forward to trying the Oaky Okie's wines when they hit the scene. Effervescent Oklahoma Riesling? Sign me up stat! The one critique was the crème brûlée...it was not very crème-y...like at all. It was actually rather nearly a cake-like consistency. And although a Sauternes made it enjoyable nonetheless, that dish definitely was not what you would expect from a fine dining restaurant firing on all cylinders.

The bread served is homemade, along with the sea salt butter. We ordered the smoked salmon and it was on a large board filled with pickles, olives, onions and small toasted bread. The salmon itself was okay, just a little slimy. The rest of the board leaves something to be desired. The shrimp and grits were good, it was prepared perfectly and all flavors were on point. The chicken crepe meal was okay. There is ground chicken on the inside, it was seasoned well but dry. The only moisture comes from the mushroom sauce. The sauce was seasoned well but if you do not like a lot of mushrooms, I wouldn't order this. When thinking of a mushroom sauce, you're thinking sauce. This is mostly mushrooms with some liquid. The potatoes served with it were perfectly done. We ordered the cookie smores for dessert. The cookie tasted like chips ahoy, although it could have been real, and underneath it was supposed to be smores but it was just crème brûlée. We weren't expecting this, it was okay but it wasn't made with real vanilla bean.

I would expect excellent food and service at an establishment such as this. However, that is not what we received. The soup and salad was very good, the creme brulee was cold all the way through. The top should have been crisp and warm. It really wasn't the food that was the problem. It was the service. There were not many people eating there for lunch on Valentines day, so the 2 waitresses should not have been overwhelmed, but they did not provide good service. Never checked on us to fill our waters, didn't even ask if we wanted dessert, which we did, she just brought the check, aprons were dirty, made us feel like we were putting them out even though we had very few requests. One could blame the service on that it was just lunch. But it was valentines day, so servers should have been on top of the game, which they were far from it!
