i hate this location, i give them chances over and over again to prove me wrong , but my estimated time to wait is already an hour & then i get here & im still waiting another 30 min. Its everytime. I've gotten my wings dry when ive asked for lemon pepper & it was the most devastating day of my life. I stopped coming for along time & came again today & was disappointed all over again. if i could give 0 stars i would.

we made an order online and we made a whole hour for our food and we finally go up to the register and get our food and some of our items are missing and when we went back to ask for them register person said” well that’s all you’re gonna get get” A lot of people were getting upset because they were taking a long time to take orders and making them and they did not want to give us a refund and they threw our food in the trash

OMG order 24 chicken plane and a 6 Lemon pepper got home and the chicken smell so bad my we was gagging. The chickens wasn’t cooked all the way the fries were over cooked OMG we waste our money never again if I didn’t live so far away i would bring it back so they can smell how bad it was.

These wings tasted like you rolled them around in my Grandmas ashes in replacement for sauce. This taste so bad the sauce is either overpowering the chicken or it’s too bland and tastes like paper. This was the first time I got wingstop and all I can say is that I’m very disappointed. Does anyone actually enjoy this? They must be masochists to put themselves through this.

This location is the worst in the city without a doubt. The employees do not do their jobs and aren’t wearing the proper work attire. I saw multiple employees with non slip shoes and although it may seem like no big deal this is a big hazard for themselves. Additionally they have friends in store that have no business being there and will sit around and talk with them instead of working. The wait for wings is also way too long. I understand fast food is hard, I’ve worked fast food before but if you give better customer service the job becomes easier. Would not recommend to this location to anyone sincerely.

Absolutely terrible. We placed our order days in advance. We arrive at pick up time to be told it isn’t ready and that they were 3 hours behind. After over an hour of back and forth asking for our order or a refund we finally get it and we’re missing multiple items. Tried to call multiple times and they never even picked up the phone. If you're okay with waiting all day for your order than this is the place for you. The service is so slow it took them over an hour to make 2 combo meals. What's worse is sometimes the food will be ready and it'll just sit on the shelf because they forget people are waiting for it. It's ridiculous.
