I'm a rib man, and man, are their ribs the best! My mom bought some from Logan's and didn't tell me. So, when I bit in and was disappointed she said "they're not from Billy Sims". I could tell, too. The difference is night and day and I have no reason to ever get them from elsewhere.

Made an online order for my wife to pick up on her way through Owasso, she picked up the order no problem but when she got home to oologah were missing several items and hadn't been given any BBQ sauce, I called and was told the items would be refunded as we didn't want to drive all the way back. This was last Friday and the items have yet to be refunded. Will stick to the Claremore Billy Sims from now on.

Someone gotta go check on the dude in the glasses that works at this location. I work up the road and i come in here often and this kid is always swearing and all upset everytime i come in. I am trying to order food and he keeps cussing and swearing about how a customer needs to go change his diaper and just has a horrible attitude every single time i come in. I come in least 2 times minimum a week for my ribs. He never is cussing at me but he is extremely pissed every single time. If he hates his job that much let him go find another.

We had to order 3 times over the past week. After they said we never ordered(3 times we ordered) they still got our order completely wrong and they didn’t have enough food for our order. We ordered 3 lbs pulled pork, 3 lbs chopped beef, 4 beans, 3 slaw and 3 potato salads. When we showed up to get order there was 1 lb of pork, 1 lb beef and about half of the sides.

Got to your place and it was excellent!!Two guys working, and took care of us, very much appreciated!Those guys get 10 stars!!Don't know their name, but about 1:30 today after we walked out of Rib Crib due to poor, no not poor, no service at all, other than they took us to the table and never came back...Thanks again to your crew!
