The food was honestly really good and I got a platter so I tasted the shrimp, chicken, and fish. All were good! My boyfriend and toddler son also enjoyed the food.

We waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for cold food that tasted as if it was warmed up in the microwave the older blonde lady that took the order was extremely rude and seemed put out waiting for us to decide what to order.

Super gross. Not exactly sure what I was expecting, but probably about this I guess. Didn’t know Captain D’s were still a thing, but saw this one, and decided to give it a chance. Everyone in the restaurant seemed like they were ashamed to be there. The people dining looked sad, the two gals working seemed angry; it just felt like everyone was sitting there regretting their decisions that led them to this place.

The batter was pale looking. Not sure if oil should be hotter (or) just needs to be cooked longer. Good pricing for today's economy. Service good.

Purchased a 10 pc family meal. Some of the fish was undercooked. The broccoli side I ordered was warmed up in a plastic sack on top of stale mac and cheese. And they forgot to put hush puppies in with the order.It's frustrating to pay $40 bucks for amateur cooking and service, especially since I'm bringing this food home to a pregnant wife. She was not thrilled about it.It was surprising since the last few times we came here we didn't have these issues.

Some of my fish was not cooked completely, it was pink on the inside. I talked to the manager on duty and she said they were trying a new kind of fish and it was cooked the required 7 minutes. I will not be going back.
