Personally, I love fried chicken and even more so if it's from this place, every time I visit there is fried chicken almost immediately as an accompaniment to the peppers breaded with bomber cheese, I love them. The service is excellent as is the chicken. I think one point to improve is the cleanliness in the dining area.Parking: has enough space for customersWheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp for people in wheelchairs

Didn't get the sauce that I ordered also didn't get the coleslaw I ordered and they substituted an order of French fries for fried okra which I didn't ask for. The food is cold and sucks. This was my first and last trip to a church's chicken.

Went through drive up. Person that took order, could not speak good. And did not understand what I was asking for and told us wrong. So didn't get what ordered wanted to begin with. When went up to window to pay another one I think manager was not much better can't hardly speak English. Had to pull around to wait for food. One that brought food out was just as bad. Food had odd smell and after all that was not worth the wait. Please at least have one born in the USA native English speaking American on duty.

My order was completely messed up because the lady (Sarai H) didn't speak English well or understand it so when I got home and noticed my order was wrong I tried calling and when I tried to explain to her she didn't understand me and said sorry and hung up on me. This is terrible customer service and I'm very disappointed. Now I'm stuck with the wrong order and no one will answer the phone after I was hung up on

Had a great food experience for a late night purchase. You would think that at 930pm you would have mediocre quality. Tonight was an exception. Had fresh chicken strips and jalapeños poppers. Now if the quality of food was hot and fresh on a more regular basis I'd give 5 stars. However more often than not after 8pm you get food that is nearly dried out or cant order what you want as they will tell you they don't have strips they only have dark meat extra. Which in my case will cause a loss of sale and I will go get something else. My go to for churches is strips and poppers. This location has very poor outdoor lighting and you can hardly tell if its open or closed. The fries are terrible best side items mashed potatoes and poppers. On another note this location seems to be out of chicken choices a lot depending on the time of day.

Food was hot but definitely too greasy and the grease had a horrible smell which is never good. Service was good , it was New Year day and you could tell no one wanted to be there( I know I wouldn't either at that age). Dated, no condiments, extra utensils or napkins available.

It was so cold in the restaurant, cold air was coming out if the vents and the ceiling fans were on high.....brrrrr! We complained to no avail. We finally asked for our food to go and took it home to eat.

This is a great place to go. Cheap and delicious chicken! I normally would grab 20 leg and thighs and this will feed a family of 7 with some left over sometimes. I always go to churches chicken when I'm tired/lazy of cooking. Sometimes they are out of cooked chicken and you will have to wait 15min or so. But, that's nothing to me and it's very rare that this would happen. Definitely will come again

The Cole slaw was not worth the price! It needed some salt or anything to add some flavor. I will not be buying that again! The chicken & potatoes & gravy were great!
Deciding I didn't want the usual bad for you fast food I figured I would stop in at Church's as that also saves me the hassle that the exit at 76th St N has become.I pull up and not knowing what I wanted decide to go inside so I don't hold up the drive thru trying to read the whole menu, you're welcome.Anyway as I'm walking in I see the window cling declaring that on Wednesday you can get an 8 piece leg and thigh for only $7.99 and add a large mashed potatoes and gravy for only $2.00 more! My lucky day as it happened to be Wednesday, and that's how I got 2 meals for $10.
The food is good. Typically they're a normal weight time, but the service is really not great.I ordered a large meal online, made a mistake on which side I selected. I'd got 3 sides, all of which were premium (pay extra) , accidentally paid extra for one side I did not intend to get. So I asked if I could just trade it for a regular side (cheaper-cole slaw). She told me I had to trade one of the other sides (the premium I did want). So I dropped it And I ended up just purchasing an additional regular side.They also messed up my order, not giving me the amount of pies I ordered, and I had to go point out and prove that they didn't give it to me. I then had to wait an additional time for those to cook.She kept just waving the receipt around and saying "I'm just following what it says" until I finally spelled it out for her.
