I found a piece of metal in my pizza. I took it to the front and the said it was a piece of their scrub brush and told us to have a good day. Didn't care at all. We won't be back. Y'all need to be careful you could hurt someone.

Pizza is awesome but there is hardly any ready, people have to wait a while for pizza to come out. Other Cicis do keep their pizza coming ready for people to choose with a lot of variety.
About on par for usual. May have been short staffed. Seemed to take awhile to get pizza out.

Food is always hot and fresh. The salad bar offers a large variety of choices. The pizzas are good and they will make any kind of pizza if you ask. Friendly staff. They have remodeled the game room and added lots of games and a ticket redemption counter. Cicis is great for a night if inexpensive fun and good food.

This is a standard CiCi's as it has been through the years. The service was excellent . Top notch. Two busses of kids came in while we were there and the buffet aera was small so we could not get anymore pizza but this is just to be expected with that many kids and pizza. We will definitely go back again.

Walked in to an empty buffet... been here 15 mins and they are having a hard time keeping up with the flow of people coming in. I asked for a refund, bc when I walk into a buffet, I expect it to be stocked. I have plenty of experience in the food service industry. You know your rush times and should prepare accordingly. Waiting empty handed is not a buffet experience you expect. They gave me the refund and I appreciate that. Still upset with my experience.

I loved coming here but the last two times I have came here the pizza has been cold and nasty which means it has been out for a while when I tryed to order one the lady just looked at me and walked off let's just say I won't be coming back to this... Which is sad because it has always been good I spend $50 to eat two slices of pizza and my kids wouldn't eat it I'm so disappointed

The pizza was as usual, a good medium pizza for the price. The atmosphere is table and chairs and Booths. The big attraction is the playroom for kids, it is awesome. Each kid had $5 that paid for 3 games each. When we arrived the restaurant wasn't busy, maybe 4 tables being used. They only had two different pizzas out. The other pans were empty. They were very slow at keeping the pans full. Most of the time the serving areas looked like the pictures posted, no pizza's, pasta or sauce. The Bavarian pizza desert isn't near as good as the way it was made 25 years ago. It's made totally different.Parking: There's plenty of parking with handicap parking close to the doors.Kid-friendliness: Cici's is geared toward being a kid friendly restaurant with a playroom full of games. Plus a pizza kids and adults both like, macaroni and cheese.Wheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair through the restaurant and around the serving bars.
