Walk in 6 kids behind the counter fooling around. No one says anything when anyone walks in, to busy playing with each other behind the counter. There was a younger lady there constantly messing with her clothes an handling food. No attention to food safety standards or customer service. Tables were dirty and the floors were sticky, while there were plenty of workers in the back fooling around....first time here not sure if I will come back.

Can anyone explain why they’re always so slow?? We order and pick up once a week and it takes over 30 minutes every single time. There are at least seven people working tonight and we have been waiting for 40 minutes since I ordered through the app. We’ve been sitting here 15 minutes past the time it said it would be due.

Ordered two of the Chicken Parm Subs, and both of the sandwiches had half frozen meatballs on them. Half Frozen Chicken Meatball......Um......No.....
Stopped at Firehouse Subs in Owasso yestrrday for a sandwich. Ordered a medium New York Steamer. Big mistake. The meat was so tough I could not chew it. Worst sandwich I have ever had. Last time I go to this place.

First time I had a 3 inch sub. My wife ordered a small sub with chips and a drink, and her sub was 3 inches also. Our bill was 18$ and some change. Sandwich wasn't bad, I had the steak and cheese. Service was slow. But I must admit, I have never seen a small sandwich so small. I really thought it might be a joke and I was getting a sample, you know like the one they give in Sam's or Costco. But know, they actually make a sandwich so small and sell it to you, 7$ for a 3 inch sub. I'm still in shock that this is possible.Someone is ripping someone off. And I think I just got ripped off.

We went on a busy Saturday and knew there would be a bit of a wait, no problem. We got our food to go. I ordered the hook and latter salad and my husband ordered the Brisket Sandwich. When we got home I opened my salad and saw they had left out the ham and turkey. Basically, $9 for a tossed salad. My husband's sandwich had no sauce. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get another salad that had all the ingredients. It will be a while before we go back.

I had the Jamaican Sub. It had smoked turkey, and I got a small one, and I should have gotten a large one. This was my first time there, and I'll definitely go back.
