Oh my goodness! We ordered a pastrami sandwich (2) $28 ! We have NEVER seen a skinnier sandwich in our lives. It was not late, so I can't imagine they were trying to stretch out their meat. The service was good - it tasted okay but WOW ! I feel really taken advantage of. That was laughable.

It's a cool place. Reminds me of being in a bigger city. The lady at the register was so nice and welcoming. The subs were prepared right there in front of you and they even slice the meat on demand, per sandwich. We got 4 different sandwiches to try. They were all good. My favorite was the jack. We sat outside on the patio with a little heater fan above us. This place had great subs and a great atmosphere. Definitely a hidden gem in owasso. Will be back to try more!

So, this is going to sound negative at first (and for some reason I can’t rate their food as 5 stars, or any stars for that matter, but I would give it 5 stars), but they went above and beyond to make things right. I ordered delivery through ChowNow, and the sandwich I received was not what I ordered. I called the store, and Kristen (sic?) asked me to send a picture of the sandwich, called the owner, and she is bringing me my correct sandwich herself! Not only are their subs the best I’ve ever had, but their customer service is equally as good! Their staff is super friendly and they made things right without hesitation. I really enjoy going into the shop because of how friendly the staff is, but I’ve been sick and I didn’t want to go out and risk getting anyone else sick. But they are, the BEST sandwiches I’ve ever had, and I’ve literally tried sandwiches on 5 continents, from Dubai to Turkey to Bonaire to Africa (can’t say where ?), as well as most US states. It’s amazing to have the best sub sandwich shop in the world here in my hometown ❤️. And try their potato salad too!!
We just moved here from KC and have been checking out the local offerings! Giant Subs was a location I had on our list of places to try from back when we were looking for a house. My hubby and I enjoyed every single bite of our sandwiches and will be back lots of times! We love supporting local businesses ☺️

Small place but worth finding. I had a garlic bologna and my wife had the Turkey Ruben. We joked with the staff and she said, "oh, you'll be back". We were in town for a Volleyball Tournament and sure enough went back the next day. Awesome place great sandwiches and people.
