Will not go here agin an order that was 35$ wound up being 50 plus dollars had asked for a military discount and after that was still charged 43$ for 2 ppl on a order that was 35$ and should have bin asked for a manager and no one could give me an ancer as to why it cost this much this location needs an major personal overhaul and hope the person that ownes this place figures that out.

The workers are cordial & helpful, sandwiches are Really Good! .. & I LOVE that there are No pull-out chairs to make that awful scraping noise since I wear hearing aides. We've tried a lot of sandwich places... Jimmy John's is our FAVE.

The last few times I've been to Jimmy John's at this location, they have forgotten ingredients that go on the sandwich. I don't check my sandwich before I leave because it's wrapped up. I usually order pick up and grab and go. I just don't understand how they forget when it's 4 ingredients on the turkey Little John.

Our family just ate here tonight for a quick dinner and we had a great experience! The place was clean, the food was fresh and tasty, and most importantly they were very careful when they made my order and changed gloves beforehand. I have a severe allergy to certain ingredients and they double checked my order and made sure to make it with no risk of cross contamination! I really appreciated the effort they took!

Tuna sandwich was extremely dry and very little on it. Bought giant and regular sandwich and it was $27. Never again. Ridiculous prices and food wasn't that good and they didn't hardly put anything on it.

Order sandwiches online. Missing ingredients. Mayo added to a sandwich which didn't even have mayo listed on the sandwich and definitely wasn't added. Pretty disappointing slide in quality since it opened.
We came in tonight and there was only one employee working. She was busy and so plesant. She was kind professional and working her tail off to make sure everyone was getting excellent service. She was fast and accurate. She was ROCKING the service today.

I wish I could give zero stars this is the worst run restaurant in owasso the people who work there are disrespectful and don't care about their job they messed up our last order thought we would give them a second chance one of our sandwiches had hair all over the other sandwich wasn't even close to right when I called the store the kid wouldn't give me his name I told him I'll come there and get his name from his name tag he said that I was threatening him what a joke
