Ribs were great!!! Full of flavor and not overcooked. Price was great as was the quantity!
I saw all these wonderful reviews and thought I've got to try it. I ordered the 4 meat plate which was $24 so that I could try most of what they serve. I got ribs, brisket (which they charge extra for because they said the meat was so expensive. It was $3.99 a pound for prime last time I bought it at Costco so I'm calling BS on that excuse) hot links and jalapeno cheese sausage with beans and slaw.( I would have tried the pulled pork but they were out). Got the 4 meat combo (ribs, brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken) with coleslaw and baked beans. All of it was delicious, tender and juicy meat but my favorite is the ribs. YUM! Reasonable price too!
