On our recent visit we had Matthew R. as our server, he was quick to get our drinks, orders and food came out hot and quick. One problem, my wifes food came out wrong. We let Matthew know and he went straight back to the kitchen to get it corrected. Not long after he returned and wanted to let us know that the mistake was his and not the kitchen and apologized several times. As an owner of two businesses myself, Los Cabos you have a great employee. Mistakes happen, he took ownership that would have been easy to pass off. He handled it like a pro! Overall a great experience!

Monday night at 7 pm 3/18 place was moderately busy. Server was nice but it took a long time 10 min to get water. Once the order was in things went OK. Chips were refilled but we requested Salsa and waited 15 min when I reminded the server she was " can I take their orders first" she knew that was not ok from my face. She brought us the salsa Asap. After that our food eventually arrived and was good. On the final bill the kids were charged for a drink when it clearly says a drink is included with kids meal. Disappointed by the deception and service.
