Hhowwww???! How do they manage to mess up the order every single time? Constantly forgetting sauces. Forgetting drinks. One time I ordered a Pepsi and they brought me Dr Pepper and said “this was all we had”. What?! They need someone to verify the order before it leaves the store. Today I ordered delivery at 11:10am, it’s currently 12:30pm and they still haven’t arrived and is probably wrong, too. It’s been “on the way” for an hour! This is my last pizza from Marcos. It’s a shame too, because the pizza is actually good. It’s the store management/processes that are so poor. Inexcusable mess of a restaurant.

I ate here ONCE and got food poisoned! was sick for days! I still will NEVER eat their nasty food again!
I ordered 18 pizzas for an event. I requested the pizza to be delivered at 6:30 pm. I had to call the store at 6:50 pm, then they were finally delivered. Half my guests left and the store said they would credit my phone number at the store. I called back and they did not do anything. The pizza is good but I would not order from here again.

We've had Marco's several times and always enjoyed their pies. (This is only a takeout spot.) Garlic bread is cheesy and a Caesar salad with chicken was a large portion suitable for two to share. Look for discount coupons online.

Didn’t deliver my order and won’t give a refund until a manager comes in in the morning and I will have to call them during my workday to get refunded. Forget this restaurant. Online ordering is buggy and if you have to order by phone it’s a mess. I called as an angry customer and tried to keep my cool but if you won’t refund me then tell me that you’re going blackball me from ordering because I’m upset about my service! never get my business again.

So I have been waiting on a refund for 4 days now and I have called and got told they would handle it and call me back. So if you don't get your food cause the driver can't find your building don't expect a refund of your money..update talked to the lady Tuesday nothing happened and finally got a hold of another person there and now I have to wait another 7-10 business days.. seriously never going back to this backasswards places waste of time and money...another update so now the morning shift lead I can't remember her name cause she is not that important canceled my refund and refuses to give it now. So now I'm going to my bank to see what I can do to get my money back or just call my attorney and see what she has to say. So found out that the gm is the one stealing money from marcos pizza she refusing to do refunds cancels the order and keeps the money.
