The GM Katie is the most hateful “manager” I have ever spoke to at any restaurant. God forbid you have a problem with your food because she will not be helpful and meet you with professionalism in any way. Telling my friends and family not to come here.

I called in a to go order because I felt like I needed to pick me up since I had literally fallen on ice. Leaving my vets office lol. Their cookies always make me happy. I picked a choose two half Savannah chopped salad and half a savory smoky chicken sandwich and they're amazing Cinnabon cookies. The employees were pleasant on the phone and always so nice in person. They triple checked I had enough dressing before sending me on my way. The food was so good! Thank you guys /gals.

I had gone to this McAlister's and had been waited on by the rudest manager ever!!! I would not ever come here again. She threw the drinks at me and nearly spilled them And no have a good day!! how is this place open with a manager that treats customers like this.

I placed an order online only to be told when I showed up they didn’t have it. I had not received an email confirming my order… No one offered to make me salad and acted like they couldn’t take my order since they hadn’t received it and I was there in the drive through pick up window and for some reason an order can’t be placed it’s pick up only?? so I was upset and left. Got home and tried to figure out where it all went wrong and I ck my email and there was my order confirmation. I called back and requested a refund. I am so mad I lost my appetite! Poor customer service !
