I have never been to this particular Express so when I walked in I went to the counter expecting someone to take my order. After several minutes one young lady ask if I was ready to order. I said yes and her retort was " we start down here "I was unaware that this was cafeteria style and she was kind of annoyed by this.The food( Kung pao chicken) was absolutely horrible. Chicken was tough and there was no spice or heat present.I'll never.be back.

Since when do meals NOT come with drinks..?!? The drive-thru took forever and I ended up having to go inside (no ones favorite!) bc I got no sweet&sour sauce with the cheese wontons and my kid did not get a straw. Then when my kid did get a straw, his sweet tea was UNsweet like not a drop of sweetner. Trash ?
