Just moved to the area and hard to find food like at "home". The pho was excellent and the crab rations were to die for!! Can't wait to visit again.

Last time I was there they was happy to sell me a bottle of water but they would not give me a cup of water. They deny me drinking water. This is not a good sign for any restaurant to refuse a customer a cup of water. The young man behind the counter kept giving me dirty looks he's rude and he's obnoxious someone needs to do something about him he needs to learn some manners

I got take out from Kim's Pho. My experience was; first, the food was delicious, second, my delivery was ready the moment I got there and third; I felt good when I left there. You know when you get take out and they just give you your food. Well, this place makes you feel like you dinned in and they appreciate you. If you want good food and a great experience go to Kim's Pho:-)

Walked in and was asked if I had an order to pick up to which I replied \\\"no, but I would like to place a take out order\\\". I was told that I had to call it in because the lobby is closed. The door was unlocked and no sign, guess I'm just supposed to know? I will not ever come back again. There's plenty of other not so rude options around. How hard would it have been to say \\\"our lobby is closed so in the future you'll have to call in your order, but I can take your order now\\\".
Love this place! Their pho is very tasty and is as pho should be. Reasonable prices and the staff is very kind. I go at least every other week, I just wish they were open for dine in more days of the week.

Their fried rice is excellent but their Pho is sub par. The broth is a bit sweet. I can't explain it. It's not hearty bone broth like I'm accustomed to. The vermicelli was also plain. The spring rolls were decent.

Ok so our first time here and this place is spotless clean and almost every table was full. Props for that! The wife got the rice and shrimp and she was thoroughly amazed. She's not a big egg person but she chopped it up w the rice and said the whole plate was fantastic and she would come back and get it again! I got the fried rice with chicken and steak and I have to say someone spent a lot of time making sure each piece was perfect. No chewey pieces and everything was so tender I was beyond amazed. The wontons weren't too shabby but I wish it had just a bit more cheese in it. Overall we were very happy and I have a feeling they will get my 5th star soon!
