Ordered my food to go got my food drive all the way home and boom missing stuff from my order so I have to drive all the way back to get my he food they forgot so now I get to eat my food cold. If yall would care about the job you’re doing. And slow downYou could’ve at least offered me a drink for the huge inconvenience

Burgers are smaller than in the past, probably due to the horrible inflation. Burger and fries tasted good. Service was very good. The restaurant was not busy. It wasn't as clean as I would expect being so slow and being staffed.

I don't know if there wasn't enough staff for a Friday night or what, but the service was just awful. That's the best l can say on that. The food, once we got it was all great!! We did appreciate that. The atmosphere is pretty ok but just doesn't feel "clean." There was no one at the hostess table for a bit. When she did come up, her clothes were unclean. There was no wait for a Friday night, and other restaurants around were packed. We soon figured out why, unfortunately.

We have loved going to Red Robin for years and we decided to have dinner there last night. Well, they did not disappoint!! I ordered my favorite Crispy Chicken Salad and my husband ordered the Traven Burge with fries. The salad was delicious with plenty of chicken on it along with all the other ingredients that make it so tasty. My husband’s burger and fries were as hot as it could be and so delicious. Now for our server Rachel, on top of it and never missed a beat. Very attentive to all our needs, including our drinks and refills on fries. It was a great dinner experience and Red Robin, we will be back to enjoy the food and service again.

We love bringing our kids to Red Robin since they can snack on a few fries before our food comes and of course, the freckled lemonade or shakes.But the last two times we've been, our experience has been pretty lousy.Excessively long wait times after ordering, the food is barely warm when it gets to our table, and frequent empty cups while waiting for our server to come back.We paid $15 for a good burger meal and it had thin, microwave bacon, barely any sauce, and missing toppings.Nothing against the wait staff, I know they're trying and I saw our waitress working diligently so I didn't complain. To me its overall not worth the price we're paying when I can get a great burger at several other restaurants around town for less money.

Personally I don’t do a lot of reviews, but really has something changed at Red Robin? So, we visited the Owasso branch 1/4/24 there was 8 of us celebrating my stepson’s birthday, it was around 8 pm the service was top notch, but the burger I got was sub par along with most of the other food we ordered.First off at 8 pm on a Thursday this place was dead as a door nail, as for my burger it had no seasoning, little flavor and was dark grey throughout, when I asked for as pink as I could get it from logically whatever your guys cooking rules are.If you guys did really make some step to improve, declining customer base and tired burgers wasn’t the direction to go, that old adage really fits, if it’s not broke don’t fix it, but it seems that’s just not the rule of thumb here.Seriously, look in the news a lady is suing Hershey because of improper labeling and misleading consumers, might want to stop boasting what that new chef has done for your company, because to me it’s nothing but, a chocolate pumpkin with no face to me.Again we couldn’t have had better service, possibly the best waitress we have had at Red Robin in years.
