Every time we go there we find the waitresses and guy behind desk kind of short and a little rude. I’m getting tired of it and will frequent other eateries from now on.

There are several Ron's in Tulsa metro. Owasso has the best customer service. Food is always hot and fresh. Employees have been there awhile so no high turn over rate. However it is not a place where you can watch sports. I go here often so it makes the cut!

Ordered a hamburger and then said I have a change of heart and decided not to eat anything.... well made me pay for the drink which was almost$4!! I didn't want the drunk either!!

Ordered some food from there and ate half my burger when i got it and tried to meat the other for dinner and looked down at my burger and saw something sticking out of the cheese. low and behold i pulled a hair out of my burger. really disgusted and just wasted food.
