I got there at 1:46 pm. I push the button to order and we greeted with “ can you wait for on moment”. I said yes, which is cool and I understand. 7 minutes goes by, and a car pulls up next to me. I hear them order their food and stuff. So I waited another 5 minutes and nothing….then I waved down the carhop that just delivered the food to the car next to me. I ask them politely is there something wrong and told the lady that I’ve been here for almost 15 minutes. I could see that she roll her eyes at me. I could even heal her roll eyes at me. And said to me we only have 3 people working and then To proceed, walking angry back into the building. So I left, I felt like I would be more of an inconvenience to her and sonic. I understand if they was short but busy was not. Three cars at the most. And the way the carhop acted was unprofessional. So drove down to the other location in owasso and which the where busy and and actually told me there was gonna be wait. So I guess I’ll be going there for know on.

As a DoorDasher, it was a very nice experience. A little chilly, as I had to stand in the patio area with a cold wind, but the service was fast, friendly, and thorough. Very clean!Parking: There were several spots on the left side to park for the patio and employees. Lot was very clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to navigate a wheelchair on the patio.

The people who take orders at the drive thru window need more training. I ordered two unsweetened teas, the response from the employee was ok is that all, I was told no price nor the order repeated to me. We had already left driving on highway 20 before I drank mine and discovered I was given sickeningly sweet tea what if a diabetic was given sweet tea like that and caused a health crisis.

UPDATE!! The mozzarella sticks were literally frozen! We called them to let them know and they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about!If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place is horrible! From the nasty customer service to the hair in our food! They obviously don’t care from the way they were acting! They brought our drinks our pretty fast but no food? We called them and she said they were bagging our food ok so why did we have to wait a whole 20+ minutes for our food and then didn’t have the condiments and correct utensils in the bag! When the food did come they basically threw it in the window at us and just gave us dirty looks! We are usually pretty much regulars at this Sonic because of the convenient location so close to work but I would much rather drive to the other Sonic in town even tho it’s further away just for some better customer service!! I can’t believe the people they have running this place!! The amount of people we saw pull up and leave before we even got our food was crazy! Learn to wear a hair net and take some customer service classes! You chose this job you don’t need to ruin other people’s day because you’re having a bad day!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and friends went here for lunch today and they brought us our drinks and not our food. We called them and they said they are bagging it right now. We waited another 20 mins after that so we called and again and then the lady said that we wasn’t checked in so we couldn’t get our food. She was super rude and literally hung up on us. Then we found 2 pieces of hair in our food and drinks and then we didn’t get any sliverware. We had to ask for our sauces. It was also the same lady answering the phone everytime and she just kept getting ruder and ruder. I’m really disappointed in sonic today. Will not be coming back there.

Was sitting there for a while with the red light on! The guy pulled up next to me and they put me on hold. Meanwhile, a gray truck pulled up to the right of me and they talk to him first. How does that work?! Really leaving me waiting for the other guy to place an order flirting with girl ! .. rude I just left and went to McDonald’s!

I ordered a simple sweet tea with ice i gave a tip and i received a unsweetened tea with no ice.. I pulled in a stall and asked for a new drink, they proceeded to bring me ice instead.. I told them the drink is not sweet the server then thew a fit as they walked back in and corrected my order..

WORST SONIC and WILL NOT RETURN!!! I asked if the still had Cinnasnacks they said YES, so I started with an order of CINNASNACKS, when we received order they had replaced our order with CHEDDAR BITES. I call back in to report the mistake and their statement was that they no longer had cinnasnacks. No apologies, no offer to replace with a substitution of French Toast Stick, no offer to refund. This is not the first mistake that they have made. I have had other orders in the past that weren't correct. This was just the last straw.
