Worst Subway I've ever been to. The last 2 times I've placed mobile orders, I'm still having to wait an additional 15-20 minutes beyond when the order is supposed to be ready. Not to mention, they've messed up our last 2 orders to the point we won't be back to this location. Sandwiches are never toasted when they're supposed to be, always missing toppings, either not enough condiments, or too much to the point the sandwich is dripping & soggy before I can even make it 3 minutes up the road to my home. Pretty disappointing as it wants you to of course leave a tip when ordering, before you can even look at your poorly made sandwich. Will definitely not be back to this location.

I go to subways all the time and have never been to one as bad as this. This place is beyond filthy, I really don’t know how it passes health inspection? The employees couldn’t care less and have messed up multiple orders. The only reason I’ve been more than once is because it’s on my commute every day

Our family SUBWAY®, but you guys need to get more staff there. We placed online orders that say they will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. When we arrive, we end up having to wait 10 to 20 more minutes for our orders. It seems like the guys working in there are doing the best they can but they don’t have enough staff and they don’t know if they’re supposed to serve their in-store customers, the drive-through customers, or make the online orders. But at this point, I don’t know what the point is of even placing them online because we have to wait so long when we get there for the order to actually be made. In addition, you’ve got an employee complaining to customers about his job and about how he’s “literally about to lose us because ——— is late.” There’s a new young guy in there working trying to do his best and obviously mortified by his partner who is complaining. This has been going on for months.

Don’t waste your time here if you want a good, fresh sandwich. Bread was stale, lettuce was browning and the store was very dirty inside. Didn’t appear to have been cleaned in quite some time.

3 times I have gone in the last 6 months……Every single time I have had a mishap…..Always thru the drive thru……First time….. the bread was hard as rock…. I chalked that up to the game and said to myself… hey, sometimes you just get a bad order…..The second time….I literally sat at the drive thru window and saw a girl on her phone in the back….When she finally came to the window to take my order, we got halfway thru my order and she literally froze….. I’m like is everything okay?I couldn’t believe what came out of her mouth next….She said, I haven’t been properly trained and don’t know how to take that item off or go back…I’m like okay?How about you ask that other guy?She said my manager is annoyed with me and told me he wasn’t going to help me the rest of the night….I said… Well what do you want me to do?She said, if you want, go to another subway to get your sandwich, I’m really sorry…. She was mortified. She literally had to tell me to go to another subway to get my food……I sat there in disbelief for a few seconds and contemplated going in and confronting the middle aged male manager… I just left… and told myself I would never go there again….Today I decided to give it another try…..Simple….Turkey sandwich on white with ranch and veggies…..I get home….. a damn TUNA!!! Sandwich…..I don’t even write reviews….. I am in disbelief of how poorly run this establishment is….Is Jared running this one from prison or something?I could train my dog and the rabbit who frequently visits my yard to run it better….I wouldn’t be surprised if the next person gets Cheerios on their sub

Wow. What has happened to this store. Went in to get a salad & sub.At 4:54 pm.The lettuce was old and already browning but the employee said he could get fired if he threw it out. He went back for a fresh pan & it wasn’t fresh at all. In fact none of the veggies were fresh. No spinach. No lettuce & the rest should have been thrown out.Same gloves touched our food & register & drive through window. If the veggies were gross, how could we trust the meat & condiments. The manager was coming in at 5. They should have come in the morning to get this mess FRESH like advertising.We purchased our food because it wasn’t this kid’s fault and we threw it away as soon as we got home.We won’t be back.The subway survey wants credit card info first. Forget that. So here I am on Google.0 stars.1 ⭐️for the kid who works for a boss who doesn’t care.

Husband and I parked in front of store and got a full view of an employee sitting on at a table picking his nose. Really off putting will not be stopping by this location again.

I have eaten at Subway for over a decade up in Alaska. As soon as I walked in it was hot and smelled weird. The workers said that the a/c controls are locked and set to 70 but with the bread ovens on that it gets hot in there. I get the same sub always. Turkey on white with provolone cheese, lettuce, olives ves, pickles, and mayo. I watched him make it, nice guy. But it taste way off! Some kind of tangy weirdness that I have never tasted before! I don't know what kind of shortcuts this location is taking but something is off. I won't be back.

I walk inside there was nobody in the store. The employee gets out of a vehicle that he had been in for a while bc I saw him when I went grocery shopping. He did not wash his hands. He got gloves to put on but that would not help bc he never washed his hands. The germs on his hand are all over the gloves. No food was ordered and the employee went back outside to sit in the vehicle that had multiple people in the car.

Great kids working, very nice and polite. but three or four orders in a row now the bread is hard and old. Makes for a horrible sandwich.... unfortunately, Because we love subway... Will be ordering at Firehouse and Jersey Mikes for awhile now.. :(
