I was told to pull around and park so they could make "fresh fries" and paid $6 for 10 fries. Was also told that they had no sauce in the building. At all. No sauce and whatever this is.

Worst customer service experience.After having to place my order on a kiosk, the food was bagged and basically tossed on the counter. The order was incorrect, and I had to speak loudly to get the attention of an employee to acquire the rest of my order. The food lacks as much quality as the customer service.

REVIEW: We live within just a few miles from several Taco Bell restaurants in Tulsa but have found the one in Skiatook to be the best for food quality and excellent customer service. Worth the drive.

I've met nicer people at whataburger at 3 am than this place. The "gentleman" working to go was rude and had a terrible attitude, not only that, he took my card very aggressively while making a nasty face.

Got the new grilled cheese with chicken and bacon and it was absolutely terrible.... Definitely not worth the money, and on an order of a burrito supreme, they missed the extra sour cream but didn't miss to charge for it... Maybe if the toppings weren't so lacking it might have been acceptable but I'd recommend a different Taco
