I pulled up in the drive thru and the girl said I'll be right with you and I said okay. Like 7 minutes go by and I'm not hearing anything. She finally goes you can order if your ready so I order she tells me the price. Says sorry about your wait. There's one car ahead of me and im still waiting forever. I get up to the window she doesn't repeat my price takes my card and shuts the window. I should of just drove away before handing my card bc I was pushing time on lunch break. She had orders to take care of inside. I wait a few more minutes and she finally hands my card back and gives me my food. I ordered 2 party burritos and they were lukewarm. And she didn't give me any salsa even though I asked for it when I ordered my food. I don't recall her saying thank you have a great day. Just super quiet. She could of been stressed or just didn't care. But terrible experience. Will not be back.

Ordered chips and queso but got soggy Nachos. They were super rude and took so long to acknowledge my existence I had to leave without anything to eat for lunch. Giant waste of money would give 0 stars if I could.

We used to absolutely LOVE Taco Bueno. Now it is just mediocre, and that is hit and miss. The staff are rude and act like they hate being there. We almost always have something missing from our order. Both Buenos in Owasso are so bad that we get our order in Tulsa and bring it back home here in Collinsville.

I don't think I can rate this place any lower. The wait time alone is enough to bottom out the score, but then throw in the TERRIBLE customer service and you get this Taco NO Bueno.I occasionally door dash and actively avoid this location. I understand being busy, but you can at least acknowledge your customers who have been waiting at the register for 5-10 min(not an exaggeration), to let them know you are busy but see them. You WILL wait 20+ minutes for your "fast" food here. You will get no apologies for the long wait and the attitude of the employees is laughably bad. Needs new management or new employees. I'm not sure which, but avoid going here.

I went through drive thru. It took a long time to receive my order. That's par for the course for most locations. This location's service and food was average. Prices are climbing. I used to get bean burritos for under 4 bucks. It's double that now. I will probably have to visit the taco trucks as they provide cheaper service and are faster.

Went to grab a quick meal from this Taco beuno, I live about 30 minutes away and was in a rush to get home. Got ALL the way home only to realize they forgot most of my food. Called multiple times with no answer. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Not to mention the staff was unprofessional and was cussing while taking my payment.

Finally theyre good again! Ive been 5 times this month and has been a great experience, food & service. I hadnt been to Bueno in 2 years because they went downhill so badly.Very pleased! Please stay great!

Something is SO WRONG with the tacos! We tried calling so many times to get a hold of someone to tell them so people don’t get sick. They taste very strongly like cleaner. I have no clue what is in them but something is really obviously wrong when you take a bite. It’s uneatable.
