I have tried many times to enjoy Tropical Smoothie. Whether in the drive through or inside, I consistently wait upwards of 25 minutes. The food is good, but the smoothies are icy, flavorless, and overpriced. Although the service is fine, I can't say that I have ever left feeling satisfied with anything else, especially for the price I had to pay.

Went on a weekday afternoon and I was promptly greeted and had my order fulfilled quickly. Staff was friendly and respectful. Interior and exterior was clean. Seating is adequate, but wouldn't be ideal for large groups. I got the Sunrise Sunset and it tasted as I've expected. I've had better, but it was decent enough.

Pulled up to the drive through and ordered 1 wrap. Was given the total and told pull up to the window. Arrived at the window and waited over 5 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone.

Starkey Square, John stirred faced young woman at the drive-through was rude to me when I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and then rude to her coworker who was actually trying to help her with the DoorDash order and then rude to me again when she handed me the order, practically throwing it at me. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, she shouldn’t be working in customer service.

How do you plan on staying open when you can’t serve half your menu because you’re short staffed. Tried to order a flat bread around 7pm and they informed me they are not doing food because they are short staffed. Twice this has happened now.

Fast service. I love the smoothies. My favorite is the Acai berry smoothie, runner up is the Mango morning smoothie.

Terrible. Comple lack of competent management. Ran by children who have zero sense of customer service skills. Waited 30 Mins for 3 smoothies to then be passed over and ignored and people coming in after had theirs in roughly 5 minutes. Went to counter to inquire where the remaining smoothies were and was looked at by 3 different people and not even acknowledged. This place needs an overhaul and management that can train the employees better.

I've been to Tropical Smoothie Cafe four times. Twice i was served an overpriced drink efficiently and smartly by a youthful, courteous worker. The drinks are comparable with a Sonic Slushie with the suggestion they are healthy. For less money, but not frozen, I would recommend a Bolthouse or Naked Juice. The other two trips I arrived about 10 minutes prior to the posted closing time. The lights were on and the youthful workers were inside, but the speaker said they were closed. Don't expect me to return, or recommend, a restaurant that cannot honor their hours of operation.
