Me and my son have had to deal with this before in owasso but this was ridiculous this guy gave us the wrong ice cream right after he took the order for two vanilla ice cream we were supposed to get a medium and a small and we got 2 smalls and the was not mixing at all just ice cream in cups you can see me having to grab a spoon before we left on camera out of respect for my son and your business I just left while keeping my cool I will return Tuesday and see if I get the same treatment

Drive thru service was good.
#1 complaint is no hours of operation anywhere. As a door dasher to go to drivethru and told come inside is a waste of time if the hours were

Didn't seem very friendly. It felt more like they wanted you gone quick. Even without being busy. I do love the app, though. You get a free 10 piece nuggets just for downloading and using the app for the 1st time!

I called about a promotion question about the $0.01 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, called this location at 3:37pm on Dec.31,2023 . Manager was a male whom the phone was given too. I asked him he couldn’t answer my questions he put me on hold telling me to “ hold on I have to get this chilli” he comes back on I asked for his name he did not want to give me his name his words: “ I’m not going to get a bad review” . I asked him again how is it a manager isn’t aware of the promotions in store or on the app?” This manager HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! This was so RUDE!! I called back and they did not answer after the 4th try, a crew member answered, I told him” let that manager who hung up on me know I’m going to report him” this was HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You don’t hang up on people when they have questions about a promotion, your a manager your supposed to be trained to know promotions before they come out in public! He even stated he doesn’t know how the app works either! Very frustrating and this manager was a VERY VERY RUDE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!
