Their restaurant won't be open until "hopefully" next year. They still have their open sign on because they do have a little store and gas and bathrooms. It's looking like it'll be a really nice place to eat though. I hope they get to open by next year, they seem like good people!

We were on boating on fumes late one evening and saw that Barnacle Bill’s was going to save the day with their 24/7 gas pump. We drove a long way into the “no wake” cove to get to the gas pump. With excitement, we parked, got our card out, got ready to get gas only to find the nozzle was zip-tied down and a small sign read “no gas”.It looks like a very nice Marina but needless to say our first impression of Barnacle Bill’s was not a good one. It would have been nice if they would have changed their website to indicate gas was not available.

I have come to this place prior to remodel. I wasn't thrilled then and sadly wasn't thrilled this time either. I went by myself and was immediately calped out about taking a table for only one person and was told, "we don't usually sit just one person. Well, since it's slow, I guess you can just pick a spot." The customer service experience was far from from great considering the lack of interest in me since I was the only patron. The place is overly priced; 2 drinks and a meal consisting of 6 fried shrimp and a small side of fruit cost me $30+. I wasn't even done with my meal before I was asked if I was ready for my check. Word of advice, just because I'm not a male pulling up on a boat doesn't mean I couldn't have dropped a lot of money or I'm less worthy!The drink was good nonetheless! If you do go, try the "Room Service."

We like to support our restaurants & marinas in the area. The marina was very nice and gas service was excellent. We also, ate at the restaurant the wait staff was friendly. But our food was not very good. We ordered 2 appetizers the wings (6) and the bacon cheese fries. The wings were just ok and the fries were cold. One of just asked about the shrimp basket because we were not ready order. The shrimp basket was brought out before the appetizers and the other people in our party had not even ordered yet. We had the special of chicken fried steak . Definitely a bought frozen patty, green beans had no flavor. We also, had sliders & a salad. Nothing about our meal would make us go back and try this restaurant again or even recommend it.

My family tried to eat here yesterday, on a Monday. I say “tried” because we stood around waiting for a table to be cleaned off for over 30 minutes and left after 45 minutes of zero service. There were 2 waitresses that were busy so we tried to be patient. One never acknowledged us, the other finally wiped a table down with a dirty gray rag after I asked twice. Then I asked for water, she replied that she wasn’t our waitress and the other one would be by and walked off. Most of the tables were out of drinks and the fried food and pizza looked terrible. We won’t ever try this place again.

The best marina on Tenkiller!First of all, if you are just driving out looking for a beautiful place to spend an afternoon, you can't beat this location. It's stunning and everytime I drive out to Barnacle Bill's I'm in awe all over again how pretty the scenery is. In addition to that the restaurant and bar that are there now are the best place on the lake to hang out, get top shelf quality drinks, have good food, and have some fun.We have kept a boat at Barnacle Bill's since 2014 and have watched it change owners/management almost every year- until the new owners came in and have completely improved the place SO much! It's now family-owned and they have poured tons of love and labor into it - making it something to be proud of. We are so thrilled we didn't decide to move our boat a few years ago when it seemed like the place was running down, because the new owners have turned it around.About the restaurant & bar:They have a full bar now and serve premium drinks! The food is really good and they have something for everyone: traditional "lake" food like fried catfish, appetizers like chicken wings with your choice of sauce, good pizza, and really good fresh salads like you can't find around here very often.Some of the reviews have complained about the prices and I say - you get what you pay for! If I want a nice evening at the lake I don't mind paying for it to be awesome. Other reviews complained about the service- if that was a problem before it isn't this year. The owners are always there and they care about this place. We couldn't be happier with how much they have improved it and have plans to keep improving it! thanks!
