“I was in Ponca City, Oklahoma on a film project and I stumbled on this burger joint and I had to check it out. Jim's Jumbo Burger is this tiny spot on the corner and is take out only from a single window. It's only open a few hours a day and looks like it's been there, in the same exact spot since before Teddy Ruxpins existed. Exactly my kind of burger joint for lunch when on the road!!!! I grabbed a double cheese burger with bacon and jalapeños and a side of onion rings. I am team mustard so I got yellow bliss added to my buns and I asked for the lettuce, onion, tomatoes and pickle be spared as I had to eat on the fly. I really wish I'd have got it tho!!! The burger didn't need it, but I would have preferred it. So this burger was so freaking good!! Patties had this beef flavor that just kicked my taste buds with a tire iron in the best way possible. Then I had bacon stop by and say hi while slapping me a jalapeño kiss . It was hard to keep my truck between the mustard and mayonnaise stripes!! This was an emotional cheeseburger experience!! My onion rings were solid and delicious but for my preference a little too greasy. I'd eat them again but would opt to try the fries if I make it back up that way again!!! Im so glad I stopped in!!! Service was great and the two folks inside were so friendly!!! They showed me what Oklahoma is all about with their kindness in taking my order and getting it out quickly!!!! Cheers y'all!!!!“
“Always enjoy stopping for a diet free cherry limeade, or breakfast burrito, a burger, or whatever strikes my fancy. I will sometimes use the app to order ahead, but I am not the biggest fan of it. It is slow, sometimes frustrating, because I have to start over sometimes twice before getting everything right. I do like the convenience offered, but I don't like it when the vehicle next to me continues to run the engine to keep cool while I don't and have my windows open.“
“Card reader didn't work. App didn't work. Food was correct with the exception of the gravy they put less than half gravy in each container. The container is small enough that I need two for one kids meal but I paid for two and only got one split between two containers. Not happy today“
“My experience with this sonic on 5th and Hartford hasn't always been great, for some reason we have had a lot of bad experiences at this location, missing food, wrong things delivered to our vehicle, over cooked items a lot, customer service has always been decent though. It is however a fast food establishment and like any other you get what you get.“
“We have yet to have a bad experience at Freddy's, the food is a little expensive for fast food, however that's the world we live in today. I absolutely love the steak burgers though, it beats the nasty burgers that seem to be at every fast food place nowadays. In my opinion they have the best fries in town ?“
