We ordered through the app and chose the gluten free option for the pizza, but after a longer than expected wait for delivery we discovered that the pizza in fact was NOT gluten free and my wife had to go to the emergency room because she got sick from eating the regular crusted pizza they sent instead of the gluten free pizza we ordered

*Reposting so everyone knows what you guys did*Tori the GM here in Ponca City and her friend, some ginger bearded male, almost ran me off the road. He also got out of her car and tried to come up on my vehicle, literally standing at my car threatening me on the intersection on south and 14th because I wouldn't let them pass me on a blind hill into ONCOMING traffic while I was signaling to turn onto 14th. Drivers on the road had to avoid him because he was standing in the way. These people are violent. They endangered my life and others, and also said I cannot make a complaint, because she is GM. Dude threatened my life, and a dominoes GM was trying to rear end me, and I can't make a complaint because she hung up on me when I asked for corporate. She is driving a Burgundy Ford Edge/Escape. They are violent please stay away from this establishment. This all happened as they were going into work. What if I had my kid in the car? Stop speeding. Pizza isn't worth it.

I worked there, and lets say, the workplace is toxic as all hell, sure you'll have people there you like, but I could count on 1 hand people that I actually liked as a person, your food that you get is almost always left out to the point all you'll taste is the grease secreted from the lukewarm heating shelves they have, I've seen coworkers brush aside other employee's problems because they are simply better at their job, whereas others have been fired for submitting a complaint against said worker, I would know, that's what happened.now I know that not all dominos are as bad as this place, but the subpar "equal opportunities" they give is just biased in favor of looking more reputable in the eyes of the public, they'll favor those who are either transgender, bisexual, or a different race other than Caucasian, but will somehow try and spin all the problems in your life into it being "Whitey's did this"all in all, don't work here, sure your food is good but this review is just to let you know that you shouldn't apply here.

The food here is typically great. I have never had an experience where I have had any negative thoughts towards this company. The staff usually does a good job at making sure you’re taken care of. Usually they always have my food ready whenever I get there.

Ordered at 11:05 over an hour later waiting at the store all I got from employees was 5-10 more minutes, they were very nice and respectful but I waited over an hour for 1

Dude asked “did you call in an order” I said no. So he proceeds to take the other two gentlemens orders (behind me) that did call in orders. That wasn’t a big deal but afterwards he just went to the back and started working on food and didn’t take my order. This happened at about 10:35 lastnight 12/03/23. Not to mention I was sitting in there for about 2-3 minutes before I was even acknowledged.I went ahead and left the store. I don’t do the whole bad review thing but that was ridiculous.

I really hate to do this but I order Domino's just about every day and love the people but my pie rewards got all messed up and quit giving me pizza and I called and nobody can help me out. Also just yesturday I did an order for the emergency pizza deal and never got that pizza either. If y'all say something then u should keep ur word. And since the food is so expensive you would think you would try harder to do just that. I spent $40 for 2 people today hoping id get my free pizza and that's what I get I guess for hoping
