For the first time I had Freddy's Frozen Custard... stopped at a location in Kansas. Loved everything about it except it was a little too salty for my taste. The fries and the burger. Otherwise, the location and service was clean and super friendly. They get five stars for their customer service... just wish the food wasn't so salty.

We have yet to have a bad experience at Freddy's, the food is a little expensive for fast food, however that's the world we live in today. I absolutely love the steak burgers though, it beats the nasty burgers that seem to be at every fast food place nowadays. In my opinion they have the best fries in town ?

Good service. Clean surroundings. The patty melt burger was terrible. A lot of bread, 2 small pieces of grilled onion, burger smashed so thin it was only half a patty and the same for the cheese, half a piece of cheese.
My family went there tonight, they were not busy at all. Ordered our food, took about 10 minutes or so. My husbands shake came out first, the consistency was more of a thick milk, very runny. Got our food, my burger was completely wrong. So I waited another 10 minutes for a new one, still missing the jalapeño but ate it. My husband ended up throwing his whole meal away due to the meat being raw throughout, fries cold and the runny shake. My burger was pretty pink throughout as well. All of us had cold, overcooked hard fries. Also, the tables and trays were dirty.

I hardly ever write a review for fast food because typically, 5* and fast food doesn’t go together. I’m not against giving 2* but I’d rather just not give a bad review unless it was really earned.With that said, this Freddy’s really earned a 5* review. Fast food has a hard time getting good, quality employees and managers suffer. Here, the managers were engaging the employees, the employees seemed in good moods as the managers were creating a positive atmosphere. The customers were getting hot food with decent times and the managers were often checking on their customers. Way to go team!
