I LOVE coming 2 HTEAO especially during happy hour all their drinks are half price they have so many different flavors to choose from the customer service is flawless I will be back.

Its not bad tea. The service is always nice and the place is clean. Although im getting frustrated about prices. I was charged 4 dollars each for Med drinks coming to almost 10 dollars, they do have a happy hour that helps kinda. Not to mention the sign says 75 cent fruit cups, but i am always chrged 1.50 per fruit cup. I get that its new and ill go back another time. My only other complaint is that the emplyees have to take my phone for me to do tap and pay. If an employee has to grab my phone from me, then its not contactless.

So far this place is amazing! The pink lemonade is so good along with their sweet tea. The sweet tea has the right amount of sweet and is very good. They also have amazing hot chocolate. The staff is amazing, friendly, and very quick to get your order to you in a timely manner. They do have an inside area but we haven’t been in yet. They also have happy hour from 2pm-4pm. I definitely recommend you giving them a try!

The manger here, Kim, has already begun to use fear as a means for control. She does not understand basic employee rights. She is a liability waiting to happen and any smart executive leadership team will quickly make a decision to remove a toxic manager that doesn’t even see her own unconscious biases. I am extremely disappointed with her lack of ethics and professionalism. Do not support this business until a change in management has occurred. I was really excited for HTeaO to come here but now I’m not and will not support it until the necessary changes have been made.
Got a "huge" tea for less than $4 and it is HUGE. You can do half\half on flavors and you can go inside to try the flavors they have! I am glad I stopped in!
