STOP LEAVING EMPLYEES ALONE!!!! This place always has 1 worker. I was told that the boss of this place left this tiny old lady to work alone. She absolutely should not be working alone. She is way too slow as well as i dont ever remember in any job i have ever had, where it was okay to have 1 emplee on site. So dangerous.And for that, i waited 20 mins for a damn sandwich. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! HIRE HIRE HIRE. My 4 year old could do better at managing this place

I got a BLT footlong it had 3 pieces of bacon on it and it was so over toasted the Brad was hard I couldn't eat it and it all was cold. I got 5 subs in all they all was cold and hard . I will not be going

Ordered online came in and waited an hour after the app said it would be done and still isnt finished, only have 1 person and he kept saying it was his first day solo and it showed he didnt know how to manage orders online and walk in and should most certainly have had someone to lead him cause he was

They were kinda slow and there were 2 employees but 90% of the time she was sweeping cleaning floor behind counter and stocking. Should have been helping the poor guy making all the sandwiches all the way to checkout alone. No proper service in my opinion.

I'm a door dasher. I've been waiting on my order for 20 minutes now. There is only 1 person working and she is slow as a snail and keeps putting other walk in orders in front of getting my order done. They need to keep orders in line both online and walk-in orders. They also need more help.

These "EMPLOYEES" thought it was better to smoke cigarettes instead of serving two hungry customers. This was an hour before closing. We were literally waiting at the counter. When asked, they said "we aren't ready." With their freshly lit cigarettes.Took this picture as we were leaving.

Wow what an awful experience at this place. The employees made it very clear they did not want to be there. They refused to stop smoking their cigarettes and come inside to take our order. Then they facetiously waved bye to us as we left (which we did after realizing neither of them were going to come inside) I would say it was poor customer service but there was literally no service to speak of.
